It felt as though the inspector was right there in my home, while still maintaining my privacy. The inspector was professional, knowledgeable, and explained each step clearly. Simple and straightforward, very pleasant and personable working with Christine. She was very kind and helpful in directing me to get every photo from a good angle, and was very patient with me when I repeatedly forgot to capture the doors of each room.

I just did my first virtual house inspection with Christine Larosa and it was great! She was very kind and patient with me as my internet connection kept ending our calls. She gave clear instructions as to what she wanted to see and asked questions about the things I’d like fixed around the house to ensure I was satisfied. She made what initially felt like an uncomfortable situation, very pleasant. If or when I have to do this again, I hope it is with Christine, she’s the best!
