Most of the comments here unfortunately are biased, made by people who either use the adjacent cross fit gym owned by the same owner or are given free sessions to comment 5 stars. Dysfunctional sauna, infra red was off and on all the time, temperature doesn’t reach a level that will make you sweat a drop. Also unapologetic and unprofessional staffer, made the whole experience awkward. It is a total waste of money and time. Keep your money for honest businesses who deserve it.

To clarify, our infrared sauna system is designed to regulate temperature, and the infrared lights turn off once the sauna reaches its maximum temperature of 150°F. This is a normal function and ensures both safety and comfort. We understand that sauna heat preferences vary, and we’re always happy to provide guidance on how to get the most from each session.
As for your visit, we have a policy of knocking when a session exceeds its scheduled time to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Your session had run over by more than five minutes, and we knocked as a courtesy reminder. We made efforts to address your concerns both in person and via email the same day, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive further clarification on the issues you encountered.
Regarding our reviews, they do come from real customers, many of whom first visit us through platforms like ClassPass, just as you did. We value all feedback and are committed to continuously improving.

Honestly very great setup - the sauna made me sweat and felt good, larger than other IR units I’ve tried. The cold plunge unit is primo too. Both units are in a private room with shower in there too and door with lock. They have fresh towels, Nice little private experience. I’d go regularly but it’s a bit of a drive from where I live. Felt like a nice relaxing mini spa in there. Highly recommend.

What a great experience at Reset! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and well maintained. And best of all is how I felt so rejuvenated after my 1 hour session!
I def recommend trying to build up a tolerance to the cold plunge until you are able to get to a minute each time. And then switch to the sauna and do 5 mins every time. I’m an avid crossfitter and feel a big difference in my recovery. Try it out!!!

My partner and I tried a 30-minute session here and had a great time! It was the first time that either of us had tried contrast therapy, and honestly we loved it. The space was clean, easy to use, and had plenty of info to walk us through our first time. We’ll definitely be back!

I honestly had an incredible experience with Reset. I have a cold plunge at home and often use a sauna at my local gym, but this was my first time doing contrast therapy. The combination of the cold plunge in conjunction with the infrared sauna back and forth was very effective. I found myself simultaneously relaxed and energized afterward. I was pleasantly surprised. Aside from that, the facility is also excellent. Great vibe, nice cozy private room. I strongly recommend giving it a try.

RESET was AMAZING. I'm a big fan of contrast therapy (cold plunge + dry sauna) these days so I'm thrilled to have a spot close to home. The vibe of the room is perfect-- modern and earthy - and very clean. I had everything I needed-- a towel, shower, timer and bluetooth. It's perfect. Not to mention the prices are the best I've seen in LA! Will likely just get the membership! Thanks RESET!

Loved my contrast therapy at Reset! Went in for a 1 hour contrast therapy. The front desk attendant made checked me in and let me know that they'd knock on the door when I had 5 minutes left so I could have time to shower and get dressed. They had the 42 degree cold plunge, the dry sauna, a shower with products, and towels available (as well as wifi and bluetooth). It was so relaxing and the space was beautiful! Definitely recommend!
