Have recently had three replacement windows installed by REP and are delighted with the work done. As a result of an admin. issue some of the windows initially arrived without the required toughened glass.However, our splendid fitter Kyle immediately spotted the error and all was rectified within 24 hours . Even the best of organisations make mistakes, the real test is how they respond in such circumstances. The response of REP to this slight glitch was top class hence the 5 star rating.

I had a massive window smashed at the front of my restaurant, i stressed the importance of getting it fixed asap and the team at REP didn't let us down, they were honest about the time line, the cost was low in comparison to others in the area and the fitting team were great! would 100% use again! thanks guys

So impressed with REP who were recommended to me by a local Handyperson whose own work is spot on. Initially impressed as REP identified that my tilt and slide door could be fixed whereas a larger local company never mentioned fixing and just wanted to replace the whole unit. This saved me several thousand. The door’s mechanism had actually broken so on opening the whole very heavy door would fall on me - not a desirable outcome! The actual job involved fixing the aforementioned door and additionally installing two new panes of Pilkington high spec glass-one in a UPVC frame and the other in wood. Both were done to a high standard and look great! Dean and Caleb who came to do the job were polite, tidy, and went above and beyond including fixing part of my front door lock which Dean noticed and assisting in diagnosing why the lock in the tilt and slide is somewhat grumpy. In closing I should add that from my initial call to completion the team at REP have been excellent communicators, reasonably priced, reliable and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely recommend to anyone seeking similar work needing doing. Update June 2025 Based on our experience above we have had REP back to put in further replacement windows. Paul the installer as with the previous installers was excellent in all respects. He also fixed a fault to our sliding doors that pre-date us owning the house and whilst doing this noted further faults from work “completed” prior to us living here, and which we had been unaware of. These were also quickly remedied. We are very thankful, super impressed including at the consistency with which the company keep their high standards.

We have REP gradually replacing the glazing in our windows. They did an excellent job today on our front living room window. They replaced the leaded glazing with clear glazing and it makes so much difference. Two very helpful fitters - David and Paul. Very pleased.

We recently moved into a 'new' house and let's just say the front door was not the best. Finding REP Windows thanks to good old Google and their stellar reviews, we booked an appointment and Mark was super knowledgeable. Zero hard selling. It didn't take long for us to make a decision and today was the day of the installation. The result as you can see is lovely. Rob and John did a wonderful job of installing the door and side panel and the house has been transformed. A quality product at a fair price with service provided by experts. More you cannot ask for!

Amazing service! Bought a house that was renovated poorly. Windows not secure and some not fully screwed in, just floating in the frame! REP came to assess the 'damage', gave me a reasonable quote and came the very next day to repair the mess left by a cowboy builder! They have secured my windows fully, tidied the outside edges and left the windows looking stunning. No more dangerous windows! What an outstanding job. Would highly recommend REP Windows and will be using them again .

REP windows were recommended to me by a friend who had used them for replacement windows. They in turn had been recommended the company by a neighbour. From start to finish the company - and every member of staff - were amazing xx It was the cheapest quote by £100's - not that we were looking just at price. The sales staff, chap who came to measure up, and especially Paul the installer were fabulous. I've already given their details to a neighbour looking for windows and doors and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

We had our sliding glass door completely smashed by an unfortunate strimming incident and called R.E.P Windows off a friend's recommendation looking for an emergency fix. They came the next day to secure the window and measure and even managed to get the new glass fitted the following day even though we were expecting it to take a week!! Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend R.E.P. Absolute window superheroes!!!
