The owners of Repair-O-Tech are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Richard took the time to explain the repair process in detail to both me and my son, and even gave my son a small gift to encourage him to try fixing his iPad on his own. I found that especially impressive—many people are hesitant to share their skills, but Richard was generous and supportive. Thank you for the excellent work and for encouraging my son’s curiosity and confidence!
I would highly recommend Repair O Tech for your phone repairs, they are honest, local, and fast. I had been searching for someone to repair my son’s iPhone charging port and finally came across Repair O Tech. I reached out to them for a quote and they responded very fast with a few different options with different price points. I was concerned that he would be with out his phone for a few days in order for the phone problem to be diagnosed and then they would have to order parts. But Hannah assured me it would take long and if we could come in that day they would look at it and then we hang into the phone until they got the parts in (which would have only been the next day) we could bring it back and they would get it taken care of. So today my son took the phone in and looked at it and told him that it didn’t need to replaced just cleaned. Which they took care of right away and within a few minutes he was on his way back to work. Thank so much for being a local honest place we can trust.
I rarely write reviews but this place is a must! I was having computer hardware issues due to some connection issues from my charging port but this place fixed it in no time. As a siue student who lives hours away from campus, I'm so grateful that I was able to find this shop before going back home. Hannah is such a hardworking and friendly person who cares about getting your device getting fixed in a timely manner. Thank you again Repair-O-Tech ♡
Excellent place for your computer problems. Very reasonable rate of repair. They tell you exactly what it cost and when repairs/pickup can be made. Rich will explain, through his knowledge of computers, how he can save you money on repairs or upgrade. They are glad to explain how they can help with any of your computer problems. He has software to find any corrupted files in Windows. This way you do not have to reinstall Windows on you computer. This company is family owned by husband and wife. They do battery replacement, cell phone and laptop screen repair. That's a plus right there.
Just think you don't have to deal with Best Buy and their long lines to be told that YOU have to figure out which battery you need, buy it at a battery store and then bring your computer in to Best Buy and they will gladly install it in your computer and charge YOU $$$$. Say What? Repair-O-Tech is the answer to your problems. I know and am glad I found them. Check them out!!
Had coffee spilled on my MacBook and was worried about it working properly because I’m in school. Almost took it to an Apple Store to have it looked at, but saw the glowing reviews here and decided to come here instead. Did not disappoint! Glad I came to support a local business instead of getting robbed from apple. The price was very reasonable and they inspected for any damage. I appreciated them having my computer ready the next day since they knew I was in college. I’ll definitely be coming back for any other electronic device issues in the future!

I highly recommend them. Rich and Hanna were not just quick to respond, but also quick with the repair. I received my laptop back the same day. Its also easy to see they work on a wide variety of items; computers, gaming equipment, etc. If there's something they haven't repaired already, they're perfectly willing to try, and I'd feel confident they'd get it right. They both seemed very knowledgeable and capable, and I'll certainly use them again.

My son is an amateur at working on computers and he recently upgraded some components. His computer wouldn't work after. We brought it here and this small business went out of their way to fix his computer and explain how to do things to my son. Fantastic prices and even better customer service!

Rich and Hannah are absolutely wonderful! Their skills and knowledge have helped me through having to factory reset my phone and Rich was able to help recover all my info, and Hannah just fixed my smart watch, both in timely matters. Not to mention, they're super nice people and will help with everything they can. Highly recommend!
this place has unbelievable customer service and normal services. They get done very quick with repairing and are very respectful. Will be my go to guy for fixing my computer. I would give six stars if I could.
