This company has provided A+ customer focus and services from start to finish. Excellent knowledge, very efficient, top notch communication, and the work done was impeccable.
Demossed and treated our roof, and also cleaned our gutters. Fairly extensive job and the guys worked all day to get it done right and to clean up around the property afterwards. 3 story home, so clean up wasn’t simple either. Highly recommend

Hired them to install string lights - and every few months since we had issues with them staying attached from the beginning of the install indicating installation issues from the beginning. After multiple issues with repair within the life of the lights I gave up. They finally stopped offering to fix and charged us for repair and asked us to pay for a new wholesale installation of lights after 4 years of issues. Btw more recently it was a simple issue - attaching the lights to a hook that they somehow couldn’t maintain (and had nothing to do with the quality of lights, which themselves were poor.)
Overall poor customer service and evidenced by the answer below I would not go with them for light installation - they should have just replaced them to begin with.
Side note, I also hired them for gutter cleaning a while ago and found their rates to be exorbitant. Buyer beware.
Steven, I'm sorry you feel this way. These type of lights are not designed to last forever. The manufacturers only warranty them for three seasons (4 months outdoors, then stored 8 months, and rehung), so these are not a true 'permanent' lighting installation. When we sell lights of this type that are going to be out in the elements in perpetuity we are clear that there will be maintenance and repair costs down the line. We had given you more than our standard 4 months of maintenance coverage to try and help, but we are not able to continue fixing seasonal lights once they begin to break down and fail.
Most recently, you had asked us to perform a quick fix repair that we did not believe would be a true solution and would only lead to more problems for whoever bought your home so we suggested a new set of lights to avoid more problems. It's clear that you are not pleased with what we proposed and I am sorry for that. We wish you all the best with the sale of your home and your future endeavors.

We decided last minute to install lights this year and the entire Renova team was a pleasure to work with. We got a quote within 24hrs, and they were able to come out within a couple of days. Joey and Margaret (installation team) were incredibly nice, did quality work, and were happy to chat through lighting ideas for future years. Will 100% be using them next year!
