Heather came out to the panhandle of West Virginia, all the way from Frederick, MD late in the afternoon and spent several hours going through materials, showing us samples, and speaking to us about the process. She was extremely helpful in guiding the decision we made.

I did a shower update about 8 years ago. I needed to get a notice to state what I had done from the company back than and was running into adversity. I was so frustrated trying to get it done and no one could help me with this in any way. I was given a phone number as a last result to use. I called and no answer I hung up the call. A second later I got a call from Renken and after I explained the issue it was resolved immediately. I was so impressed with the kindness and willingness to help me I had to say something so this is my story. I really appreciate the help and assistance. I also still love my shower that was installed back then, and it is still just as nice. Thank you, Renken

Heather was VERY friendly and professional, even our dog loved her. Showed me all my options and features that they could install via the 3D computer images and let me hold samples to see the quality of the product itself. Recommended what would look best in my bathroom and was exactly right. It's great when someone stands by their product and knows what would complement your space.

We were a bit nervous when deciding on replacing our existing tile shower with an acrylic one. From the very first interaction with Mike our salesman, to Derek the project manager, to the schedulers and speaking with the owner, Dan, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. None of that would have made a difference without ERNIE. He did our demo and installation. He explained every step, troubleshot and executed our shower beautifully. I have no problem recommending Renken to friends and family.
