We were dreading making our move however, a friend recommended Removal Services and we are so glad we went with them. They were helpful from the process of dealing with HMRC to the actual collection and delivery of our goods. The driver was polite and could not do enough for us. RSS took our goods from Bedford to Broxburn as a 'part load'. The quote was competitive and Graham was very professional and responsive in setting it up and answering any queries. Shaun and Luke dropped off our goods at a storage facility and were very efficient and helpful. Nothing seemed to a problem for anyone at RSS and we even got our goods earlier than scheduled. Would definitely use again and recommend.

My move from Scotland to Germany could not have gone more smoothly! During the planning stage, Graham's responses to my queries were prompt and supportive. On the day of my move, Mike and Tom arrived smiling and carried my numerous heavy book boxes to the truck singing. The two of them were happy to accommodate my special requests at every turn and never uttered a word of complaint. I felt that my things were in safe hands.
Mike contacted me prior to arriving at my house in Germany as agreed and arrived right on time the next morning sporting the, by now familiar, cheerful smile despite having travelled over 1000 miles. Soon a German colleague arrived and the two of them set to work. Once again, nothing was too much bother. Some furniture left behind by the previous owners was in the way and, against my expectations, Mike and his colleague never hesitated to take those apart and move them.
I genuinely couldn't have asked for an easier, less stress free move from one country to another! I have simply had the best support and service I could have wished for. The entire process has been enjoyable. Thank you all at RSS Removals for a super service!!! Sabine

Removal services Scotland moved us to Barcelona 5 years ago and then last week back to Edinburgh. They are super efficient, friendly, great communication from Graham and they just made that part of the moving process very straightforward. Would recommend to anyone.

This year we moved from Fife to Edinburgh and had some items brought from Spain by RSS. The whole experience was very positive.
Graham always replied promptly to email/phone and was unfailingly helpful.
The guys who did the removal were cheerful, very careful, and so helpful.
Such a good service and at very competitive prices too.

Filled in their nice looking web page asking for an quote to France. Sent a list twice to them on their request . Heard nothing back, if not interested why not just say the jobs not for us, rather than have potential customers wait. Sorry but I cannot recommend if you don’t have the curtesy to respond after saying you were.

Excellent experience working with Graham and the team at RSS. They recently moved us from two locations (home and storage facility) into our new home, including packing. They took excellent care with everything, managed the logistics and timing perfectly. The team were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to have in our home helping us. We accidentally gave them back boxes and packing paper with a few tiny lost items inside. They searched the paper for us, found the items and hand delivered them back to us quickly. Excellent customer service for a competitive price. Highly recommend.

RSS recently helped us with our house move and I would highly recommend them. They were extremely efficiently but were also pleasant. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They even dealt with the parking outside our flat so I didn't have to contact the council myself. They made the whole thing stress-free and I would definitely use them again.

We used RSS for a house move a few months ago. The team were very pleasant and definitely worked quickly. However, due to that they didn’t take on-board what we had asked for, and marked up, so packed essential and important documents. The team were also under considerable pressure from the head office who didn’t appear to have scheduled sufficient time, or people, for our job. At the last minute they were even asking us to accommodate the removers arriving several hours earlier than agreed and then the following day they turned up with fewer people. It was apparent they had taken on more jobs than they could manage. Most disappointingly is that due to their haste a number of our items arrived damaged, broken and cables we had tried to keep together with appliances were separated so it took ages to try and put together.
