We used RSS during a move from Scotland to England. We had been given the contact details and a recommendation by a friend and were not disappointed . RSS gave a very competitive quote for the job and provided us with all necessary packaging materials. The move happened exactly as planned with the collection and delivery being done quickly and efficiently , everyone was friendly and professional. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending RSS.

Honestly, this was the best money I've ever spent. The team was amazing - they packed everything for us, and not a single thing was broken. Plus, they were quick! Really made the whole moving process a breeze.

Excellent service from Graham and his team and I would thoroughly recommend RSS . I live in Germany and needed some valuable items sent to my home here from Edinburgh and both the pick up and final delivery service was very, very good. The communication was excellent from the very beginning and until the final delivery and Graham kept me up to date with timelines throughout the pick up and delivery process- Thank you to Michael, the driver for his intuition in getting the delivery to its final place, as my street is a very small street and he still managed to get the delivery to my door..!!, well done that man. Absolutely fabulous firm. Arrived on schedule at our Scottish home, loaded quickly without fuss or complaint. Stored our bits and pieces for a year and then moved them to France. Arrived on time, unloaded efficiently and everything was as the day it was packed. Just perfect, highly recommended.

RSS took our goods from Bedford to Broxburn as a 'part load'. The quote was competitive and Graham was very professional and responsive in setting it up and answering any queries. Shaun and Luke dropped off our goods at a storage facility and were very efficient and helpful. Nothing seemed to a problem for anyone at RSS and we even got our goods earlier than scheduled. Would definitely use again and recommend.

My move from Scotland to Germany could not have gone more smoothly! During the planning stage, Graham's responses to my queries were prompt and supportive. On the day of my move, Mike and Tom arrived smiling and carried my numerous heavy book boxes to the truck singing. The two of them were happy to accommodate my special requests at every turn and never uttered a word of complaint. I felt that my things were in safe hands. Mike contacted me prior to arriving at my house in Germany as agreed and arrived right on time the next morning sporting the, by now familiar, cheerful smile despite having travelled over 1000 miles. Soon a German colleague arrived and the two of them set to work. Once again, nothing was too much bother. Some furniture left behind by the previous owners was in the way and, against my expectations, Mike and his colleague never hesitated to take those apart and move them. I genuinely couldn't have asked for an easier, less stress free move from one country to another! I have simply had the best support and service I could have wished for. Removal services Scotland moved us to Barcelona 5 years ago and then last week back to Edinburgh. They are super efficient, friendly, great communication from Graham and they just made that part of the moving process very straightforward. Would recommend to anyone.
