Marty was a referral from a friend who is highly experienced in real estate. I used Marty for my home inspections and he is VERY thorough. At the end of his review, he recapped me on the biggest issues, his honest opinion of the home, and provided a very detailed report afterwards. He also checks the foundation level, which not all home inspectors do. One home i asked him to inspect, he found major issues with the foundation level and explained to me where the issues were and other structural issues it had already started causing. These were issues I did not see when I had walked through the home previously, but after talking to him I saw it clear as day. I ended up walking away from that home due to his report and found a different, better home that did much better on his scrupulous test. Thank you Marty for helping me buy a home with a peace of mind!

I used this team to replace the roof on my house earlier this year. I worked directly with the owner to schedule time and get the quote. They were able to get to my house fairly quickly after the hailstorm. He updated me throughout. I will be using them again for one of my other rental properties this month as well. Highly recommend!

I used Remodeling Services twice for emergency plumbing repairs. They came out the same day both times and repaired the plumbing in one trip. Very competent and easy to work with! Small jobs may require cash payment directly to the repair man after they complete repairs. Highly recommended.

Marco and his team did an excellent job remodeling two bathrooms and the kitchen, installing recessed lighting and fans in the living areas, replacing the roof, and a handful of other small repairs/upgrades throughout the house. The project was completed quickly and on budget. The quotes were nicely detailed and there were no surprises. Marco was responsive and quick to answer any questions or bounce ideas off of throughout the process. His communications were clear and he always followed up on what he said he would. I would highly recommend him!
