Staff is so friendly overall. Staff that stood out to me included Josh, amazing individual very extremely helpful. My therapist Emily and Sherry the director were very supportive as well. Thank you to everyone.
I’ve had an anwful experience. The staff were often rude and disrespectful, and the strict rules made the place feel more like a prison than a safe environment for recovery.
Remedy therapy is a great beginning step for getting your life started again and the people that work there really care and take the time with you! Shout out to Sherri of course, Emily Bill, and Joe! And especially to Tina, Queen, Kiki, Arthur and Leo cause they are on the front lines everyday and every night dealing with us and they always did it with such grace, love them!!

Caring staff, decent facility, and okay food/snacks. If you want to get clean and sober this is a good place to start. They will provide a safe place to detox/begin your journey.

Had a wonderful stay there. All the staff was caring and amazing. Leo really helped me a lot. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help.

A great place. Lexi, my therapist was simply awesome. I have been to 5 therapist in the past and none have ever lovingly challenged me the way she did. She was able to bring stuff out of me, I never shared with anyone, and I’m so happy I did, like a weight off my shoulders. Because of her I actually feel I have a real chance to win this. Leo is also a god send. As well as Steve the nurse. All the staff were great. My only complaint would be the monotony. And if that’s all I can complain about, it’s a great day!

I completed treatment at Remedy Therapy in good faith and while I was in the program, communication and support seemed very responsive. Unfortunately, my experience completely changed after discharge when it came to aftercare and continuation of my MAT medication.
The medication I was prescribed was an extremely important part of my recovery plan, yet CVS repeatedly stated they were still waiting on information from the prescribing doctor before they could fill it. I reached out multiple times trying to get help resolving the issue and received little to no response after leaving treatment.
Aftercare is one of the most critical parts of recovery, and patients should never feel abandoned the moment they walk out the door. Failing to properly coordinate something as important as MAT medication can put someone in a very difficult and potentially dangerous situation.
I’m grateful for some of the staff members who genuinely cared during treatment, but the lack of follow-through afterward was deeply disappointing and stressful during a vulnerable time in my life. I hope Remedy improves its discharge communication and aftercare process so future patients do not experience the same situation.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place changed my life. I came here after an overdose and a heart attack, not knowing if I’d make it. Today, I’ve been sober since October 13th, 2021—and haven’t relapsed since. 🙏The staff truly cared and gave me the tools and support I still use every day. And honestly, the food was top notch too. 😮💨 If you’re struggling, this place can really make a difference. Forever grateful 🤍

This place lies all the time. I was told it was a four week program then found out it is a 3 MONTH program. Stating from the beginning that I was only willing to stay 4 weeks. They do not allow any activity, the rules change for each patient regarding electronics (even without internet) which I needed for my job.
I AMAed at the four week mark for my gallery showing and they refused to give me my phone, or any possessions that I had. Said I could come back to collect them in two weeks. Fought me about it until I told them I would get the police involved.
Numerous lawsuits going on and they hide it all.
Your personal information is not personal, even if you’re talking in therapy- they openly talk about your sessions to other clients. They also start rumors and ask other clients about people’s sexuality and I do not feel like I could trust anyone, except for the nurses Joanna and PJ— they are the only people who actually made some kind of difference.

Very shady, will only tell you what they want you to know. Will not let a person use their phone to make any kind of call period. Very strict I do not recommend at all. Food was good!

Remedy treatment center has changed my life in so many ways the staff there is so caring and so helpful I would 100 percent recommend that you go to remedy id like to give a special shout out to Lexi my therapist such a amazing women she changed my life also Sherry the clinical director Josh the activity director he is always positive and is so helpful he truly cares toya the case manager so helpful awesome great personality realist person ive met joe as well and Elaine also shout out to bhts that I loved and we're so helpful and really cared Diane, queen, Tina,Victoria,lashay just has well all loving great people im so great full love u all from the bottom of my heart shout to Leo lead tech always on point good dude they all need a raise ❤️

Would definitely NOT recommend. They do nothing for the family. Never returned a phone call. Never answered a call. Intake was great and made all kinds of promises. Never had person make any plans for discharge including housing. Fighting among residents. No planning. No refferrals. Poor.

Remedy Therapy is the best rehab in the country. They were so supportive, helpful, and understanding. My experience was amazing. The staff and medical personnel were exceptional. I cannot thank them enough.

Terrible experience. They talked me into going to another place that they own instead of going to a place that would have been better for me. They knew I had other addictions that were more important to address and they told me it wasn't a big deal even after I said I wouldn't stay sober without the right help and they knew they couldn't do that but they didn't care. They gave me so much drugs that now I can't get off them. They even let me have pills that I admitted to abusing. I relapsed hard as soon as I left their other program because no one bothered to help with my porn addiction and they told me it was fine because I could deal with it later. It wasn't fine. The guilt over the things I did because of my porn addiction made me relapse. No one here or at better tomorrow cared about what I needed. they didn't really listen to me. They just pretended
