All I can say is wow 👌 this place is next level for recovery. Im a runner and have ran many big races including london marathon this is my next stop for recovery with ice baths saunas and compression sleeves. Game changer 🙌

Great Experience !! Receptionist/owner was very welcoming ..and i felt right at home :) .. im used to Saunas .. and th Infrared was great. I felt warmed from the core ! (As its meant to) and the Ice bath was VERY cold 🥶😵 but in a good way.. ^^ il be back ...

Appointment booked for 12 noon today, arrive as instructed 15 min early. There is no one here and the place is closed! Very frustrating when you have booked an appointment and used credits through class pass to book it. Poor service all round it seems. Clearly hasn't even been opened today. Their excuse was it wasnt approved on classpass despite being able to book the same times every day on class pass. They also claim they arent open till 430pm today! Ive attached my booking and all their booking slots for the rest of the week. Today also had all the same times available. This was their response on Instagram which was the only way to contact them as no one is there to clearly answer the phone 🤦🏻‍♀️ To reply to their response - the only way I could find to contact them was through Instagram as there was no one obviously answering the phone. This was at 12:07 when I had already been waiting almost 30 minutes. Had I not contacted them they clearly would not have contacted me as they didnt know the booking existed. They told me they didnt open till 4, but could suddenly offer me an appointment at 1:30? Unfortunately I booked a noon appointment as I had other plans this afternoon. I feel this is a major miscommunication between the company and classpass because any booking made through classpass is an instant booking. Additionally the whole morning from 10 am to 1pm was available today! Shame because it looks like a great place and i really needed a recovery session today, but feel like I cant trust the booking process and use my classpass membership for it.

We're really sorry for the frustration and wasted trip today that's not the experience we want anyone to have.

To explain what happened: bookings made through ClassPass go into a separate system to our own, so we manually confirm each one to make sure we have a suite available with only a small number of private suites, we can't risk double-booking. In this case your booking hadn't been confirmed on our end, which meant the 12pm slot wasn't actually secured, even though it showed as available on ClassPass. We appreciate that's a confusing position to be caught in, especially arriving expecting it to be ready.

As soon as we saw your message we offered you an appointment an hour later so you wouldn't have to rebook or wait for another day, and we're sorry that wasn't a fix that worked for your schedule today.

We're speaking with ClassPass directly to change how bookings are confirmed on their platform, so this gap can't happen again.

Me and my partner had the 90 minutes reset suite which consisted of the Infared sauna and an ice bath, very impressed with the facilities. Would highly recommend this place to everyone, will be booking again. Very Clean and tidy and a great service throughout.

Such an amazing experience! Very clean and the sauna and steam room was HOT! Showers and area to dry/style your hair. It’s a shock when you come out that you are in Trowbridge- I thought I was in some expensive spa somewhere ;-) Please do go and experience the hour of perfect relaxation.

Lovely place can’t believe we haven’t found it before. We were made to feel very welcome and shown around and instructed how to use everything. We booked the private retreat room and it was incredible. Will definitely be booking again. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Individual showers and hair dryers/straighteners etc for afterwards. First time visiting Relax Recover and I thought it was fab! Everywhere was clean, well looked after and peaceful. The Retreat suite I used was perfect, great size even for 2 people and beautifully kitted out. The sauna was my favourite bit, and being able to Bluetooth my own music into it was a bonus! Such a lovely, private space. Feels so personal and the sauna is just excellent. The cold bath not so much 🥶😅 no one else was booked after us so we got treated to a little extra time which was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!

Went for the twilight experience on Saturday, and it was such a wonderful and relaxing way to spend the evening. A full hour and a half of sauna, steam room and foot bath... with added refreshments. Every care to detail was added into the package. Extremely good value as well
