We were connected to Ed via an estate agent. Ed took a lot of time to explain the process of mortgages to us & organise our first mortgage. Unfortunately however we were disappointed, when our house purchase was at risk due to an unforseen issue with mortgage, we didn't get very much support from Ed & we didn't get any support or guidance leading up to our completion either. Ed was a friendly and nice person, but for us having a broker created a barrier and we ended up liasing with our lender direct to move our mortgage along. Unfortunately we noticed a big difference in communication from Ed half way through our mortgage journey & for this reason we wouldn't use a broker again. However, judging from the many great reviews, I'm inclined to hope this was an unlucky experience or poor timing.

Ed at Futures Financial has been incredibly patient. Was great to sound financial ideas with Ed and obtain the best product advice. Unfortunately our buyer pulled out right at the end which was incredibly difficult, then another hit to personal financial situation occurred. Ed managed all of this, acted in speed and managed to get the best of a personally bad situation, I would recommend Ed to anyone, and will continue to use Ed in the future. Ed was humble enough to not even ask for the review, However after previous experiences with other financial brokers, Ed knocks spots off them! If your questioning Ed's services... I would personally recommend him i a heartbeat!

If you’re looking for help with your mortgage, then give Ed a call, you’ll be glad you did. The guy is very knowledgeable and so helpful. He was always happy to jump on zoom or a call to go through any queries I had and found me a great deal. Ed even helped with questions about other issues to do with moving. Moving house can be a stressful experience, so take away some of it by using a mortgage broker you can trust and rely on.

Ed Denham was exceptional in assisting us with our mortgage. His communication was prompt and thorough, and he responded to my numerous questions with remarkable speed. When we encountered some pre-exchange issues and needed to update our mortgage, Ed got back to us within just a few hours. We were facing a very tight deadline for the exchange, and there were serious concerns that it wouldn't happen due to receiving paperwork from our mortgage company. Both our solicitor and estate agent agreed that, without Ed's dedication, we wouldn't have met the deadline.

Simply can’t fault the service I received from Karl as my mortgage advisor while I was buying my first property. He was helpful, attentive and always made sure to check in to keep me updated the whole way through the process. My first property I tried to buy fell through but he made sure to continue to support the process on the second property and genuinely went above and beyond to cater for anything I needed. Any time I had questions, he would be sure to respond to an email or a phone call pretty much immediately no matter the time or day, which really made all the difference when there were times other parts of the process moved slowly. I would recommend Karl and the rest of the team at Futures Financial to anyone looking for an easy and stellar mortgage advisory service. I had the added complications of needing a gifted deposit but Karl made sure to explain everything and no task was too much or too complex for him.
