Seven years ago I moved into a retirement community in a town with which I was not familiar. Everyone in the neighborhood recommended Reidy to me for HVAC services. I took their advice, and I’m very glad I did! They are polite, punctual, and receptive to questions and requests. I TRUST them and feel I’m in good hands. Now I’m the one recommends Reidy to anyone who asks.

Outstanding service. First hot day of spring, 95+ outside, and our condenser went into thermal protect. After a bit of time and a reset, the compressor was whining, and cooling performance was poor. I called Reidy, and they sent technician Courtney out THE SAME AFTERNOON. Courtney arrived promptly, and was very professional and attentive. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a failed capacitor, replaced the capacitor, tested and inspected the rest of the system and we are staying cool again. I've been a Reidy customer for a few years now, and highly recommend them for their service!

Misdiagnosed the issue for my aunt, heat went out again the next day. When we called to inform them they said it was working when they left and they won't be returning unless we pay again. She paid around $500.

I switched to Reidy last Fall when I became dissatisfied with my previous company which had grown very large. I signed up for their reasonably-priced service contract and have been completely satisfied with the two HVAC system maintenance visits since then. The tech was friendly and thorough in the work he did. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Reidy for 10+ years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. Their techs are knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is accommodating when scheduling appointments. Their yearly maintenance plan is very affordable. I would highly recommend them for installations, maintenance, and emergency services.

We were fortunate when we bought our new home that the previous owners graciously shared many of their vendors with us. They’d worked with Reidy Heating & Cooling and we thought we’d try them out ourselves. Our new HVAC system wasn’t something with which we were familiar, so Reidy came out and went over everything with us, including setting up regular maintenance to keep things running smoothly. They’ve also installed new toilets and we’re completely comfortable with their expertise and professionalism. Their communication is excellent and response time is great when calling with questions or a new request. Highly recommend!

I had Reidy come out to my house twice in three days(For two completely different things). The first service needed was right after the big storm in January and I was so happy with the service tech and the work performed that I called and had them come out to do a complete gas furnace service. I was able to schedule these appointments within a few days. Reidy made me a priority (unlike the "big name" company I had previously used(whom I will never use again now that I have a maintenance plan with Reidy). Thank you for actually caring about the people you help! I very much appreciate your crew's knowledge, skills, professionalism and the timely manner they were able to get to my house!(AND show up at the time the appointments were scheduled for!).

We had a heating emergency at our property; Reidy came to solve the issue as soon as they could, and when the issue evolved and became more complicated, their technicians came back promptly to help. They offered a good solution at a reasonable cost to get our heating up and running in the dead of winter, and provided a comprehensive estimate for a new system. I was very impressed by the customer service and communication from the office staff, technician, service manager, and sales representative.

Simply the BEST! This company is one of the best I have EVER worked with. Roger the owner has bent over backwards to help us in all situations. We are very happy with the installation of our new heating system in October a year ago. We had our original system installed in 1972 by Roger Reidy. It was time for a re-do. The crew did a great job, efficient, timely, great job cleaning up when they were finished, We would recommend them to anyone looking to replace an old system or just starting out.
