I had such a great experience at my recent clinic appointment. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which immediately put me at ease.
The practitioner (Vali) I saw was absolutely fantastic not only did they provide really helpful advice for the treatment itself, but they also went above and beyond, offering guidance that felt almost like life coaching. It was clear they genuinely cared and took the time to understand my needs.
They also talked me through other treatments that could benefit me, without any pressure just honest, thoughtful recommendations.
Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I left feeling informed, supported, and confident. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them to others.
