I cannot recommend Regenics enough. They are lifesavers. They have treated me with IV infusions for dehydration and immune support many times, and the treatments have always been effective. I’ve been a gold member at Regenics for over a year now and honestly, I’ve never felt better. Even though I like to joke around and give the staff a hard time, they always treat me really well and call me their VIP patient, which means a lot.
I definitely recommend this clinic. They really appreciate my business and you can tell they enjoy having me come in and take care of me. Ivana is super helpful but also cracks jokes and makes sure we have a good time. She even knows exactly what IV or injection I need that day just by seeing me walk in.
If you’re thinking about trying Regenics, I say go for it. You won’t regret it.

I have been using regenics for some time and the weight loss meds provided by them were phenomenal at one point. Since they've charged pharmacies/formula it hasn't been as effective/ showing the same results as previously. I'm also not a fan of the fact that I can no longer purchase batch/months of medications in advance as previously. It also doesn't help that one NP/PA that I occasionally have the displeasure of dealing with doesn't listen and assumes to know best. I feel as if she's trying to milk more money by not upping the prescribed dosage even after being aware of little to no weight-loss. I will most likely be looking elsewhere for my weight loss medications if things don't improve/show results.

As discussed during your follow up call with our manager, while we oversee your care and prescriptions, we are not the pharmacy. Prescriptions are submitted to the pharmacy, which ships medication directly to your home. During that call, it was also recommended that you connect with one of our medical providers to openly discuss how you are feeling on your current dose, review your progress, and determine whether adjustments are appropriate for your body and goals.
We also want to note that we have since connected with you, addressed your concerns, and are glad we are now on the same page. Thank you again for your feedback. Our goal is always to listen, improve, and make sure our patients feel supported every step of the way.

Update: I had a follow up call just recently (12/2025) with Regenics for something else I wanted to start taking which is NADS. The medical professional I spoke to (I forgot his name - yikes) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and empathetic. It just reinforced my continued great experience with Regenics which I appreciate so much. I can't stress enough that I am so glad I found them. They do care for their customers and the shipment of products is very fast.

Updated: my issues were resolved quickly and I was able to get refund and granted a delay for the this shipment that I requested. I am a federal worker with no pay x 35+ days and just needed a break to see if I get paid here soon. They were understanding and resolved my concerns quickly!
