Regal Roofing is Absolutely one of the best roofers in the state of Florida, if not the best. I say this as a Superintendent in construction with over 20 years experience.(Old profile Photo/Check LinkedIn for validation ☝️...haha) Im new to the Florida market so after the things Ive already experienced/saw perso ally in other projects since living here the past few years....the first two days of the roofing/tear off I was on the roof with the guys and it was evident they were doing the same thing that they would have done had I not been there,very methodical and precise !!! If a piece of plywood/truss, or facia board had been compromised with moisture it was cut out and replaced to structuraly reinforce roof. Very integrity driven and professional on top of being very well versed in waterproofing/roofing practices as not to miss a step whatsoever. Clean,Clean,Clean if you have ever had a roof replaced then you know if not its a mess to say the least and Regal mitigated/controlled the debri flawlessly. First and foremost Josh is one of the most professional and up to date business owners your going to find in the roofing business in regards to committed tasks/Pricing and things being done the correct way. I also appreciated that he kept me informed the entire time. Ariel and the crew are also a must to mention due to the obstacles they overcame with my roof that were absolutely stunning and just shy of a miracle!! obstacles that didnt even phase them...rotted -chimney...portions of plywood,trusses,facia all replaced for a reasonable price- Minus the chimney that had to be tore down and completely replaced all while Regal maintained a watertight roof during chimney replacement and multiple trips. These guys are the real deal. I say this with hopes of future/current homeowners/Realtors that need a roof replaced or newly installed correctly and watertight or just need a repair will have the peace of mind that Regal Roofing Brandon is who to call to handle it and also to show my appreciation for the hard work done at my home by all. We were very much in need of a new roof and when our old once was replaced, they found that a lot of the plywood underneath needed replacing. Both honest and very knowledgeable, a rare combination. We just moved into a house with an older roof and skylights - not quite to the point of replacement but getting close. I called a few companies to inspect everything to make sure we did not need immediate repair or replacement, particularly with the skylights. We had some other companies try to push sales, did not know what they were talking about, and a few were so obviously over priced that it was insulting. Then Josh from Regal Roofing showed up and was clearly better than of everyone else we met. Josh inspected the roof and skylights, said we should wait before performing any work since there was sufficient life left on the roof and skylights (why spend money when you don't have to), and suggested a few actions to extend the life of the roof. I don't write reviews too often, but you don't meet contractors or roofers like Josh too often either. 5 stars all day.

I recently had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. Having worked for a shingle manufacturer, I know that the difference between a roof that lasts and one that doesn’t often comes down to the quality of the application—and in this Josh and his crew absolutely delivered. The job included both a flat and sloped roof, and despite the complexity, the team’s attention to detail was outstanding, with no shortcuts taken at any stage of the process. I also needed some vinyl siding repairs, and Josh was more than willing to take care of that as well, making the entire process seamless. Not only was the pricing very reasonable, but the value was exceptional. I highly recommend Josh and Regal Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service.
