Went there as an emergency (hearing aids has completely packed up), saw a lovely audiologist (Charlene) who fixed the filters, gave some advice on what issues this model were prone to.

The experience in store was brilliant, receptionist was knowledgeable and welcoming when I called in and felt well cared for when had my test with audiologist.
However since then I have been bombarded with texts, emails and now calls from the finance company. It's not been 48hrs and I have been contacted by various methods 7 times!
Not impressed.
I said I wanted to consider my options it is a big expense.
Yes I can and will block the messages but I shouldn't have too!
