Disappointing results despite effort I had multiple sessions here, always with their friendly and professional staff. Despite paying full price and following the treatments, my hearing issues remained unresolved. Sadly, the outcome did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

Today my follow-up visit was thorough, systematic in a flexible, relaxed and charming way. My audiologist is very warm and attentive whilst equally being probing in her questioning and then giving seriously considered advice.

Such a lovely group of people. I've been suffering with my hearing for a few year's now. I was really nervous about going but they put my mind at ease . The hearing aids are nice and small so you can't really see them unlike the big NHS one's

Just had another appointment; still 5 stars, but only because I can't give 6 or more. Firstly, they kindly fitted me for a very quick appointment. Secondly, the receptionist was kind and welcoming and made me a nice coffee. Thirdly, everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable as ever. And finally.....I was lucky enough to have Regina looking after my ears, and the experience could not have been better. She was friendly, extremely clear and communicative, very thorough and extremely gentle. Thanks All
