Super easy and professional way to bring old slides into this century. We mailed boxes of slides from my parents’ home in rural South Australia and received both a USB and a cloud link within a few weeks (we were in no hurry). The quality exceeded our expectations - the images are clear, vibrant, and carefully handled. Seeing these memories again was incredibly meaningful for our family. Without digitizing them, many would have deteriorated or been lost entirely. Ron also kindly reshared the link to the Cloud for overseas folks, and it's organized in nice files as well. Highly recommend if you want to preserve family history properly and may not have access to these kinds of services in a big city.

Very happy customer! Couldn't be happier with the recent job Reelbox completed for me with transforming six video 8 tapes to USB. What an amazing job they did to be able to transfer our tapes to USB, AND in top condition. Although a few tapes were a little damaged ( after over 30 years in storage), Reelbox worked their magic to give us back our precious memories from years ago, to watch once again. The reactions, smiles and laughs on everyone's faces made the experience so very worth while. Prices are affordable, they have speedy replies and are quick to complete order and post back. Will definitely be using and trusting Reelbox again! .

I researched a lot before I sent my Mum & Dad's precious old videos to Reelbox. I felt really confident about them & the way they explained the whole process on their website. They have been absolutely fantastic, with great communication & customer care along the way. The Team have done an incredible job & repaired things where needed to get the very best out of these tapes. This USB holds so many precious memories for me, I now have something in a format I can see anytime I want to. The smiles they have brought me are invaluable - remembering people, pets, times & places some long gone. To hear my Mum & Dad's voices again has meant the world to me. I sent in a whole heap of negatives to be digitised. Initially they took a long time, and then in the folder they sent me, there were some duplicated photos - meaning that I had been overcharged (a little), plus was concerned that if they hadn't been scanned systematically, some had been missed. I wasted a lot of time going through them to weed out the duplicates too. So why leave a 5-star review? Because they seriously did something about it! The manager/director Ron wrote back to me, profusely apologised, and then proceeded to rescan the whole lot (almost 800 in total). Plus he did the rescan at a higher resolution for goodwill. They offered to refund the cost for the negatived that had been scanned twice too. The whole thing took a couple of months - nothing happened quickly but that wasn't an issue for me as I wasn't in a rush. So I'm giving the five stars because they proved to me that they have professional standards and are willing to make amends if something falls short of that.

What a fantastic service- such a good experience with Reelbox. I had 44kgs of photos, videos, SD cards that were digitised. Process was easy to follow to send everything to QLD. Received regular updates on the progress and the communication with Ron & Michelle was excellent- they were very helpful! Would highly recommend!

I had such a great experience and couldn't recommend enough! They were able to convert my childhood video 8/Hi8 cassettes into a cloud link/USB (in great quality) and it will just make it so much easier for us to access them in the future. Great turnaround time, too!

Sent in my old home videos of my children been putting it off for years from Melbourne. Finally decided to. Was nervous about sending through my old jvc tapes in case they got lost being the only copy I had. I think it took maybe 3-4days to receive an email to assure me they had received them much to my relief. I am very very happy with the service I received everything I had ordered, great quality. Highly recommended. Thank you
