Job hunting in an era where you have to worry about AI and ATS (when the last time you applied for jobs the thing you needed to be worried about was the thickness of your resume printer paper), the Jobseekers Treasure Chest got me up to speed on what modern job hunting is, what to focus on and where and how to go looking and stay organized. Used the tips and tricks — even used the Word template for my resume, which made my designer heart weep a bit. But it did work, got the gig!

I was excited about this service after it was recommended through a friend. I had my resume and a cover letter done. It is quite pricey but I think this sort of thing is worth it especially if you’re looking to transition careers. I didn’t find the final product helpful or worth it. You can get the same level of service on ChatGPT. I would not spend the money again.
We were quite surprised to see this one-star feedback, especially since we worked together well over a year and a half ago. After reviewing our email exchanges from May of 2023, we noted that you seemed happy with the resume and cover letter drafts at the time, with comments like "loving the summary" and “other than that, the cover letter looks good!” We genuinely believed that we were aligned on the final product, and we're truly sorry to hear that you didn’t feel that way.
