ReDoCabinets was a smooth and easy remodeling process. Their office team was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Customer service excellence is what I received. The contractors were efficient, always on time, friendly, professional and never left a mess. The completed work left me with a beautiful kitchen. I’m very happy with ReDo!

My salesman was Thomas. He was very friendly and helpful with any questions my family had. Great selection of cabinets and handles. Quality of the products is great. I'll update this review when the job is done. Update: The cabinets and drawers were refaced. Upper and lower doors and drawer fronts look great.

We started off with an in home consultation, and the sales guy that worked with us was great, other than telling us it would be a 3 day job, and then the job taking an entire week. He also told us, after we signed, that we can cancel within 24hrs or so but that he will lose his job if too many people do that. Unprofessional to guilt trip a young couple. We already signed the contract. Everything went downhill once the work began. An entire section of shelves was ordered backwards, so they had to order replacement parts. They took the "creative liberty" to turn a double door cabinet into one larger single door. The contractor assured us he would be done by Friday afternoon, which was a must since we were going out of town. He was not done until 8:30pm Friday, we were long gone, and he had to check with his supervisors to see if my mother, who does not live there, could perform the quality check and sign the papers for us. He also drilled a hole in the wrong spot in one of the cabinets, so that had to be reordered. So we went a month+ without the shelves that were ordered backwards, and with a hole in one of our cabinets. During that time we uncovered three other issues - a crack in one drawer, a bubble in the laminate of a cabinet, and an entire corner was peeling off under our island. The contractor that came to install the shelves and replace the cabinet with the hole took pictures of these things and ordered more replacements. Another month passes - a third contractor comes in with a replacement cabinet door for us, and it is the complete wrong size. So now we are back in the waiting phase for a fourth contractor to come back and fix the remaining issues. It is a shame that there seems to be no communication throughout the company, poor management, and a significant number of manufacturing defects and installation issues for the cabinets. The end product looks nice. But when you are going through something as significant as redoing your cabinets, and for the price they charge, you want it to be smooth and stress free, and this process has been neither of those things. It has been a nightmare of mistakes and frustration.

Our 35 year old brown cabinets were replaced with new white cabinets doors and draws and eliminating 3 cabinets to open the space between the eating and the cooking areas. This project took 7 days. We are so pleased that we invited our neighbors to view our beautiful new kitchen.

Just wanted to post an initial review of my introduction to Redo Cabinets. My design consultant, Sean, has been wonderful. He thoroughly explained the company’s philosophy of doing what’s best for the customer, the resurfacing process, and completion time. This initial post will focus on the company’s philosophy of doing what’s best for the customer, especially from the beginning. A life event was going to prevent me from doing the entire project, they worked with me to make it was possible to move forward with the entire project. So far I give them an A+ for customer service. I’ll follow up after the project is completed.
