You don't come across mobile home parks like this often. The grounds are clean and well maintained, the homes are cared for, and the management team is responsive and take a lot of pride in their work. Great job Redding Hilltop Estates, I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe and friendly environment to call home.
I'm really impressed by this mobile home community, right near starbucks! The views are gorgeous and the people that live here really take pride in their homesites. I was told that there may be new homes coming in the future, so there may be an opportunity to get out of throwing money away on rent and buying a home. Apparently they have special financing available for first time homebuyers. Anyway, my mocha is probably almost ready so need to drive back up the street. Cheers!
This mobile home and RV park offers stunning hilltop views and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s clean, bright, and thoughtfully maintained. I especially loved the shaded seating area under the trees near the entrance, it was the perfect spot for relaxing. A special shoutout to Chris, the park manager, whose dedication and passion shine through in every detail. She’s knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly takes great pride in creating a space that feels like home for every guest.
This is by far one of the nicest trailer parks I’ve ever been to. The entire place is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with pride. The grounds are tidy, the landscaping is beautiful, and everything feels safe and welcoming. It’s obvious the management puts in a lot of effort to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and spotless place to stay!
Impressed After Just Two Months
Even though I’ve only been here for about two months, I already feel like this place truly feels like home. From the beginning, the move-in process was easy, and the staff was respectful, responsive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about the residents and work well together—I've seen firsthand how much teamwork goes into keeping things running smoothly.
The park has improved noticeably, and everything is kept very clean and peaceful. It feels safe, and the amenities are well-maintained and thoughtfully placed. The overall community vibe is warm and welcoming, even if you're new.
Before moving in, I read quite a few Google reviews, and it helped make my decision easier. People often mention specific staff members by name, praise their neighbors, and talk about multiple employees helping them in a single visit. Some include photos of the park or even a selfie, and many mention how visiting the community gave them a great impression. There are reviews from newer residents and some who’ve lived here for years, as well as comments from vendors and even CSC leadership.
I haven’t had a chance to attend any MC Cares events yet or leave a review on the MCC page myself until now, but based on everything I’ve seen and experienced, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the park to others. The staff shows real respect, takes pride in the work, and you often hear people mention how the property feels like home or how much they enjoy living here.
Oh, and yes—pets are welcome, which makes it even better.
Chris is great! The perfect communicator with deep caring for the people she comes in contact with. We needed a space, but couldn't commit to a specific date. She processed our application and kept us informed. When our desired date became known, Redding Hilltop Estates was full. Chris directed us to a sister location, passed along all our information, and made sure we got what we needed. Chris is a 10 star person to know.
