A very poor rating to this facility the staff is rude the doctors are no reliable very rude and sarcastic . Never get pre authorization on very out of order the whole facility except for physical therapy. Thie bronx office need to be SHUT DOWN!!!

I am very pleased with this therapy facility it’s a very comfortable place the waiting time to be called it’s not long. The Nurse at the desk is very professional, polite, and friendly as well as all the therapist. EJ is a great therapist he takes his time to explain and perform the therapy that it’s best for me. It is an amazing physical therapy facility and I will Recommend it to everyone.

I went to PT for a month and after each session I felt pain. I finally looked up what exercises I should be doing and what I shouldn't be doing and I saw that I was doing some wrong exercises. Such as doing crunches for sciatica.
