Very disappointed felt very rushed and they were not helpful the assistant had 2 girls to serve and I felt my daughter wasn’t attended to as much as the other girl, my daughter said yes to a dress but I could see she wasn’t 100% when we told the assistant she wasn’t sure she just left us and said we had run out of time, the Dress was £800 which is a lot of money to not be sure we left disappointed and went elsewhere and found the one for half the price with better customer service.
I absolutely adored the experience when I was here, it definitely was a day to remember. The staff was very welcoming and my stylist (Raine) was lovely, I felt like a princess trying on all these dresses while having mixed emotions and opinions about them. Thank you soo much, I’m extremely excited for my prom night!! x
I went to red carpet ready to get my prom dress and the site is amazing, 7 different themed showrooms to pick dresses from and thousands of different options in all colours and styles😍 all the stylists there were so helpful and lovely and I managed to find my dream dress. The quality of the dresses is amazing, we would recommend red carpet carpet to anyone looking for 5* service and a stunning dress!!

After a 4 hour trip to red carpet we were not disappointed! With 3500 different dress styles you are spoilt for choice. From the moment my daughter walked in she was treated like a VIP they explain the whole site to you and how the appointment was going to run so you feel comfortable and confident straight away. The site its self is beautiful with 7 showrooms all with a different theme it really is the most unique and beautiful experience. Our stylist was incredible at listening to my daughters choices understanding what she wanted I was fully able and comfortable to sit back and enjoy the experience myself knowing she was being looked after. If you are looking to buy a prom dress all I can say is there is no experience like here ⭐️⭐️

Really excited to go to Red Carpet Ready even though it was a 5 hour round trip. It was all worth it as my daughter found her dream dress 👗
Our stylist Camilla was great and picked some colours I never expected my daughter to try but ended up being her favourite choice of colour and found her perfect dress 👗
I visited Red Carpet Ready to find my dream prom dress and I was not disappointed. The site was beautiful and had many themed show rooms. I was originally unsure on what style or colour I wanted, however the staff were great to help me narrow down my options and overall find my dream dress. Lauren was extremely attentive to what I liked and disliked and all of the other staff were super friendly.
Overall, I had a great time at Red Carpet Ready and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a prom dress.
i travelled 5 hours to get here and i can honestly say i had the best time here they was super inclusive towards me and the fact i wanted a lower budget dress, i found my dream dress in fantastic value my stylist was super lovely and made me feel very welcome and she was super caring towards me the site was beautiful and i’ll definitely be coming back
I visited red carpet ready with my family friends the about of dresses was amazing and the venue was just stunning. The quality of red carpet ready exclusive dresses was the best and the experience was so good. My stylist Camilla was so nice and all the other staff was so sweet. I would recommend to anyone wanting to find there prom dress.

Maisie was my daughter’s stylist and she was so lovely and helpful, picking out dresses and even picked out the dress my daughter Ella said yes to. Maisie made it such a magical experience for my daughter and for my self.

Absolutely awful company, staff are treat disgustingly, anyone with any morals would avoid this place in a heart beat, their rcr exclusive range is a load of rubbish with a bunch of awful quality dresses and an absolutely extortionate premium absolutely nothing premium about it. They ignore work in time regulations and this company needs to get their stuff together, all they care about is their image, you’d have to be stupid to come to this business avoid it at all costs.
Amazing ! best experience, not only was it exciting shopping and looking at the dresses, but the customer service was brilliant. Raine went above and beyond so i could find the perfect dress which she actually picked out for me after talking about what i liked and didn't like about the ones i’d already tried on. Thank you so much for helping my find my gorgeous prom dress and it was such a pleasure to try on some of your beautiful dresses today x
