We had heard about Redbird Roofing from a friend of ours who raved about the quality and durability of the work they did on her roof. She sent Trent our way, and he did not disappoint. He was very attentive to our inquiries and kept us informed about all the work that needed to be done on the house. Remember that many hundreds of homes were impacted by the storm in March 2025, so repair of all damages did take some time, but Trent kept us advised of when our repairs could be effected. When scheduled, the repairs were done quickly, efficiently, and neatly. Trent stayed engaged with each of the repair teams and checked on them frequently to ensure that repairs were done correctly. His leadership on the job was evident and appreciated. I would go with Redbird Roofing and Trent again if we ever needed work done on our roof and home exterior.
I just want to take a moment to thank Trent and his company, Redbird Exteriors, for their kindness and professionalism. Trent came out to my home personally and took the time to tarp my roof for free just to help prevent any more rain or water from getting inside until I can afford to get the full roof replacement done. You don’t come across too many people these days who will go out of their way to help someone without expecting anything in return, and that really meant a lot. He showed up on time, did quality work, and treated my situation with care and respect. That kind of integrity and compassion speaks volumes.

Totally high pressure and unreal price
If I could give a zero I would. Met Logan on Saturday and then on Monday 2 days later Logan (The PHYCO) salesman and installer called me and said the price went up from 12 k to 18k dollars, and
then it goes up 6k every week after if there not allowed to do the job.
I got the voice mail I can share with you/anyone.
What a messed up company have to charge unreal price hikes in two days. And then 6000 everyweek.
In one week it goes from 12k to 28k in one week because I didn't respond to the PHYCO Logan.
I have a friend that knows Logan he said he was shacken scared of him because of the way he treated him and co workers and threatened co works lifes, beware of him. And don't let him on your property.
And then I got numerous phone calls. I would never use there services, especially after all this pressuring and bad reviews and outrageous price hicks. What a bad company.
