We live in North Cardiff and we took delivery of the unit about 1 week after ordering it. We were also kept up to date with progress and delivery details.

Ordered a new storage box for our bins, I immediately got a text message that let me know there might be a slight delay due to the demand of service.
When ready for delivery (without a long delay like I thought), another message saying when they can deliver. Delivered during the time.
Such a friendly delivery too, took it to the designated location in the garden, shown us how it worked etc.
Would highly recommend! Made well and service is friendly!

My wife and I ordered the Double Decker with EPDM covered Waterproof lid and parcel box and are really happy with both.
We live in the Neath port Talbot area and these are perfect for all the different recycling bags/boxes.
The service from recycling storage solutions has been excellent. They respond really quickly to messages, arranged delivery very quickly(initially told it could be 7-10 days but was delivered in 3 days). The delivery person put it exactly where we wanted and put the bags in for us as we weren’t in when it was delivered.
The items are really good quality and in my view great value.
Overall we are really happy with all aspects of the product and service. Would definitely recommend, thank you.

I encouraged my Dad (Brian, 87 years old) to buy one of these for his recycling containers. It is brilliant! It's just the right height so he doesn't have to bend down and risk falling over. It also keeps everything tidy and stops everything getting wet. It came assembled and was put exactly where he wanted it. It is very well-made and sturdy with a waterproof rubber covering on the lid. If we didn't already have a dedicated recycling shed ourselves we would have bought one too. We're in Pembrokeshire.

I’m in Pembrokeshire and they came and set the container up exactly where I wanted and then adjusted the inside for the type of bags I had. I love it! Makes recycling so easy . We purchased the Extra Large Triple Decker (Holds Three Large Recycling Bags) unit on 15 December. I was kept fully updated on when to expect my order and again upon delivery to Saundersfoot on 25 November (quicker than expected). We were not at home for delivery, but our recycling unit was placed exactly where we asked it to be placed. Great quality and simple to add the recycling bags, no more bags lying all over the place and loads of room below for the glass, paper and food waste boxes and caddies. Great recycling solution. Excellent service. Delivery was quick and efficient, it was even set up with my recycling bags so it was ready to use immediately. Communication was also very good from the time of ordering to the point of delivery. I am extremely happy with the product.

Excellent storage unit for recycling bags and boxes. The bags are held in place securely in an open position making it much easier to use them and our outdoor area is now so much tidier. Also feels like it is built to last. Delivery all the way to Pembrokeshire was great and the guy who delivered it was very helpful, making some adjustments and adding a chain to prevent the lid opening too far.

The company has an excellent range of recycling storage products. We chose ours to suit the Cardiff Council bags.
