I contacted recycling storage solutions and I had a reply very quickly. They were polite and said they would contact me with a delivery date. They contacted me within the next couple of days with a suitable date. They delivered on time and the product is lovely. Will keep my recycling tidy and looks good in the garden.

The recycling storage is perfect. They are solidly made and delivered with care. Liam, who delivered and sited them where I asked, made sure that the Velcro strips to hold them open were fitted in the right position. Ordered a Recycling Storage Bench a week or so ago, and after previous experiences of ordering wooden storage items for my garden from different suppliers, I was pleasantly impressed. Initial contact from RSS was by text offering a suitable delivery day, then on the day another text updating that the driver was running a bit late, it happens so no problem. When he arrived he carefully placed the unit in the selected spot then took time to make sure our recycling bags fitted properly, he also fitted Velcro straps to secure the bags. Our bags are supplied by Newport City Council and fit perfectly . Only regret, I should have ordered a triple unit that could also house our glass recycling box. All in all great quality and service from Recycling Storage Solutions.
