I decided to choose Re-Bath for my remodeling project because my sister had used them a couple of years ago and highly recommended them. I had my bathtub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower, complete with shower walls, flooring, and glass doors. The installation process was smooth and took only two days. The crew was wonderful and professional, making the entire experience very pleasant. The final product met my expectations—I was really satisfied with the quality of work performed. The team did a good job and completed the project on time, as promised. I would definitely recommend Re-Bath to friends and family, highlighting how prompt and efficient they were. They also did quite a good job cleaning up after the installation. My overall experience with Re-Bath was excellent, although I did have an issue with the new sink stopper they installed, which broke soon after. I’m in the process of getting it resolved.
I discovered ReBath from a sign on my neighbor's lawn and I chose them because they were willing to work with the price. I purchased a 17-inch bathtub along with interior walls, kitchen and bathroom counters, two sinks, faucets, and showerheads. The installation process was straightforward. They initially installed the wrong showerhead, but they are currently rectifying it. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work. Overall, my experience with ReBath has been excellent, and I feel much better after using my new bath setup. I would rate their customer service, product quality, pricing, website experience, and sales support very highly.
I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Re-Bath, and the experience was excellent. I first heard about them through a friend and decided to undertake a significant renovation project that included toilets, flooring, and a tub-to-shower conversion, all installed just before Thanksgiving. The installation process was smooth and efficient, with the team being notably more punctual and tidy compared to other contractors I've engaged with in the past. Their attention to cleanliness stood out, making the whole experience much more agreeable. Interactions with the sales representatives at Re-Bath were positive, providing clear communication about the entire process. I felt the pricing was fair after comparing three different proposals before making my decision. Having had multiple home renovations over the past five years, I can confidently say that the quality of service I received from Re-Bath was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.
I recently had a shower and bath rehab done by Re-Bath, which was recommended by a family member who previously used their services. The entire process, from initial sales interactions to installation, was very smooth and efficient. They managed to schedule the installation earlier than expected, and it was completed in just two days with minimal disruption to my home. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the experience and have nothing but positive comments.
I recently had Re-Bath redo my shower, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. A friend recommended them, and I'm glad I followed through. The sales representative I interacted with was helpful and positive, which set the tone for my entire experience. The installation team was friendly and informative, completing the job within the expected timeframe of a day and a half, as they initially estimated it might take up to two days. Everything met our expectations, and we were very pleased with the outcome. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Re-Bath again in the future.
I first discovered Re-Bath through a friend who had used their services. We had them do a tub-to-shower conversion about 6 to 8 weeks ago. The experience was great; the sales representative and the installation team were both wonderful to work with. I genuinely enjoy using the shower every morning. This was my second time using Re-Bath, and they consistently do a good job. I would certainly recommend them to friends. I wish they offered kitchen renovations as well!
I had the experience of overseeing a bathroom remodel for my family's home by Rebath. Initially, we noticed their signage in our neighborhood, which piqued our interest as we needed a quick solution due to the needs of a family member on a walker. The salesperson who assisted us was professional, although the initial cost of $14,000 was quite a shock, given our involvement in the preliminary demolition work. Despite the steep price, we were pressed for time and chose to proceed without seeking additional quotes. The previous setup included an aging bathtub and deteriorating wallboard. As my brothers removed the wallboard, they uncovered wet wood beneath, which necessitated a major overhaul that included replacing the siding. Following this extensive preparation, the Rebath team arrived to complete the project. The quality of Rebath's work was outstanding. They delivered excellent craftsmanship, leaving us very satisfied with the end result. While I would easily recommend Rebath for their service and quality, I advise prospective clients to be mindful of the pricing, which seemed high for our scope of work. But overall, I was extremely pleased with the final outcome.
I recently had my bathroom done by Rebath. I decided to go with a walk-in shower, which I ordered back in December. The arrival took about six weeks, but it was worth the wait. My experience with the sales rep was wonderful, and the installation team was beyond amazing. They were professional, worked cleanly, and completed the job in just a day and a half. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and would definitely recommend Rebath.
After four and a half hours of dealing with this "used car salesman" I signed several illegible computer screens knowing I would cancel, only to be told it was too late. They said I only had three days to cancel. They quoted me a price of $20K for a small shower stall....no way. I'm still getting bills that I will never pay!
Would not recommend. This is a temp or starter job.
What is the best part of working at the company? It wasn’t organized like a real company. They are still finding their way so things change alot. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Chaos, calls get missed, people (contractors and call center employees) constantly let go without any backups so it’s chaotic. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Not running smoothly. They could do alot better. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Always a meeting about another contractor being let go.. when customers come in looking to speak with them we would be left in the dark as to why.
Money is real, job security is not.
Your hourly base pay is pretty good, the commission structure is very solid, and the product and service is stellar. The work we do is extremely expensive, however. Although your job is just to set appointments and you can weasel out of price sometimes, many customers ask price and can be dissuaded.Your job is to walk around a Lowe’s or Home Depot for 6 hours (yes you only get 30 hours a week not 40) and pitch usually atleast 40+ random people a bathroom remodel. The training you receive is solid but also extremely short and simple, you will not receive any objection handling training or have any follow up to your initial training whatsoever so either you stick to the script and are good or aren’t.You can be fired at any time, and likely will, and within just the first 30 days if you aren’t performing. The company is relentless about cost effectiveness and each hour you’re paid is money lost, if you’re doing well you will make 25-50 dollars an hour, but if you just get an appointment once every few days and that’s it, you will be terminated with 0 chance to improve or communication.Overall it’s a nice job because it’s flexible, you decide what you do those 6 hours with no overhead at all. You are a one man team, you will not have regular coworkers but can make friends at stores you work at if you desire, it’s unlike other sales jobs in this level of relative isolation.Overall it’s a real job and it’s a guaranteed pay and whatnot, but it’s wise to have a plan B, or second job that is IMMEDIATELY within reach.
I went to Hanson, but they weren't doing the complete wash bath. They just do the tub system and I needed the around-the-tub area done as well. I went with Re-Bath and a gentleman came for the installation. His name is Nick. My husband and I thought it was gonna be a two-man job at least, but it was just one. We followed his instructions and didn't use the grab bar within the time frame he gave, but it became loose the day after the installation was completed. The manager had to come out and try to fix the issue. He caulked around it. He said that if we had any more issues with that grab bar, he could come back out. That was unusual to make that kind of statement to a customer. I was not expecting anything to go apart from it because we spent quite a bit of money for it. But so far, so good. We use the tub every day and I hope we won't have another issue with it.
We had a unit that we bought and put in but it didn't look good anymore. It was time to update. I was going through Home Depot and saw a model and the Re-Bath address. I went with them and they did the shower which we're happy with. They needed 3 days for the installation but everything was excellent. I like their courtesy and the way they explained everything. They went through each and every step.
We had Re-Bath do our bathroom on the main floor four years ago and we were really happy with that, so we called them for the basement bathroom this time. The sales rep answered all the questions. He had to come back to do one measurement over again to make sure of something that he was asked about, but everything was on schedule as far as when they had everything ready to come out. When they were doing the work, it took a week, and the guy answered all our questions and kept us up to date on what they were gonna work on every day, so we're happy with it. We had them put in a shower and we also got a new toilet as well as a new sink and counter. They finished the job about a month ago, and we're really happy with them from the whole process.
I did the bath-shower combo through Re-Bath. The sales rep was a good guy. The installer did a good job. There was just some damage that didn't get fixed. I had to fix it myself. It was some minor drywall stuff that was supposed to get taken care of by a drywall guy. The bathtub is fine. The repair is not so much.
