I recently attended an open house and unfortunately had a very negative experience. David did not greet me warmly, did not offer to show me around, and made me feel like I wasn’t welcome. I left with the impression that I wasn’t taken seriously as a potential buyer, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Updated review 9/17: Reply to statement of "me not being there" or "mistaking him for another David." I attended your open house at 7922 Ducor St. this Sunday, 9/15 (uploaded an image of my Google timeline). I was not asked to sign in when I arrived, nor when I finished touring the home (nobody else was present).

I am truly sorry to hear you felt ignored during the open house. That is never my intention. I always do my best to read the room and respect people’s preferences, most guests prefer to explore at their own pace and don’t want the realtor at the open house to follow them through the house because they feel pressured and want their space. However in this case, I misread the situation. I will be conducting another open house this weekend at the property.
