I did it!!!! I bought a house in Italy...But I could never have done it without Sara. Sara was amazing to work with in selling our apartment. She produced wonderful photos and a video (in English and Italian) to market it, kept us informed with each visit/offer, and even had a builder get renovation quotes for a potential buyer. We were astonished at how hard she worked for our sale, and we had an acceptable offer within weeks! She also handled setbacks with ease. She discovered a discrepancy on the documents that was apparently not handled correctly when we had purchased (through someone else). Sara and her geometra worked diligently to correct it in the most economical and efficient way possible, so the buyers would have a clean, proper deed. When we had difficulty closing one of our utility accounts, Sara even assisted us at the utility office. We know that we have found the most professional, trustworthy, hard-working realtor for our upcoming purchase as well. We highly recommend Sara to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Sulmona area!

My husband and I began looking at properties in Italy, without knowing much about the process at all. We blindly set up appointments with agents to review homes we saw online.
