Roof Replacement Tim Gottschalk and Ready Roofer did an absolutely outstanding job on our roof! From start to finish, Tim went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Tim kept us updated throughout the entire project and handled communication with our insurance company, which took a huge burden off of us and gave us peace of mind. My roof needed re-decking and the job was completed, he also helped me communicate with my insurance agent for coverage .Two weeks ago , I had my exhaust cap replaced for free James and his crew work quickly and are precise, they did an excellent job, leaving my yard very clean. -MJ Ochoa

Replacing a roof can be a harrowing experience. It was anything but that with Ready Roofer — especially because of James Hogan. He was there from start to finish, and he was on scene throughout the process. From the estimate to the cleanup, James kept the process transparent and professional; he and his crew were on top of it. James explained the entire process, helped coordinate with insurance, helped with selecting shingle color and style, trim and guttering — I never worried about anything. Having a confident and competent roofer made this process smooth and painless.

James Hogan with Ready Roofers, went far and beyond! He talked to the insurance company, being single I had no idea what I was doing! He explained everything to me! After they were done it rained that night, I had a small leak in the kitchen, I called him after hours and he was at my house , 10 miles away, crawled up in the attic and found the problem and was fixed the very next morning!!!! I will never go with anyone else!! Thank you James Hogan!!!!!!

It was a very simple garage roof that took them months to get to and then in the quote they "forgot" to add labor? In a labor industry who forgets to add labor costs? Which added an unexpected 50% to the original bill. Not ok.
