This company owns and operates the mattress clearance store next door as well as this main store. They are both owned by the same person. I bought a mattress with a 10 year warranty. The mattress I bought was a double sided full and I also purchased a mechanical base with remote. Within the first month off having the plush motel quality mattress it started literally unravelling at the seams and had a slump both covered under the warranty. After many phone calls and many messages with no return calls taken by Karla as well as literally hours spent waiting on her helping people that came in for shopping after me and being told it would be taken care of (5 different trips there 30 minutes away) she finally said they had a mattress from me. She had me take pictures of the bed and the tags and I took the pictures back up there. So they came to deliver the bed and she had sent the incorrect size mattress and it was a firm not soft mattress which I had before. So the bed did not fit my frame it was too big. They could not find my account bc they neglected to enter it in the computer. Which they tried to blame me for somehow? They also tried to say the tags on my other bed said queen but no they did not. So that was a hassle. I had to prove thru the financing company that I had an account. So MIKE JAY the manager was all ready to be done with the issues and wanted me to come to Cleburne at the moment he called. I told him I couldn't come until Monday and that was our original plan to talk Monday. AHE alone decided to just send the mattress Saturday anyway. The mattress sent was about half the thickness and very firm as well as it doesn't work with the menhanical base! I ask him why he sent one that didn't work with a mechanical base and he said we aren't discussing that and hung up on me. These people are not holding my 10 year warranty I found out today, because they said it was on the original mattress and they don't carry them anymore! What a pure unethical thing to do to a senior on a fixed income. The bed is useless and they won't honor their commitments But beware. I see the good reviews but this is my personal experience I am contacting the BBB as well. Karla lied about the tags to cover her own behind. And she told me "What your going to do is be quiet while I talk now". Rude and how dare they. Please learn how to be accountable and honor your commitments and how would you like if people treated YOUR parents that way. ZERO stars.

I purchased two of these chairs from Rawhide Rustic Furniture store. The staff that I worked with in order to purchase these chairs were very friendly and helpful. They have a large inventory of furniture in the store, but if you don't find something in the store that you like, they have a catalog that you can look through and order from as well. This is how I got my chairs.

Terrible service. Ordered a chai. Did not hear from them. Checked on it, kept saying they would check and call me back. Never called me back. Went into store 4 weeks after ordering and no one has any answers. Just very poor business and customer service.
