I'm not sure of the dental hygienist's name but she hurt me terribly. I had her last time I was there and she did periodontal probing. She also did the same procedure this visit with no explanation why. She really hurt me this time and I told her to be gentle, and she deliberately kept pushing the probe harder and harder. My mouth was throbbing with pain after she got done with me. The doctor was also very rough during the examination, even though I asked her to please be gentle and not stretch my mouth like a rubber band. I've always had great visits in the past at this office as well as others. Usually I get compliments on my dental hygiene on how good I take care of my teeth. Usually the hygienist tells me I hardly have any plaque. I don't know why this visit wasn't the same?

Love coming to this Dental Office! The staff is great . Always making me feel comfortable …… I have many dental issues and Dr Algera has given me different options as to how to take care of them ! P.S. I love the new Decor ( blue being my favorite color) the waiting room is beautiful.

No one really ENJOYS going to the dentist, but this office is really amazing and made it as pleasant as possible. The dentist, Dr. Aghera, was kind and thorough. The hygienist was so friendly and helped me feel more relaxed. Rather than use a metal “scraper,” she used a pin-pointed water spray and I was so grateful for that new method of cleaning my teeth. She answered all of the questions I had and was attentive and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for your dental care! Very clean and added bonus: Parking lot in the back so don’t hv to parallel park!

Experience generally okay, but I had the worst time with the dental x-rays that I have ever had. It was hard to fit the equipment in my mouth at the correct angle.
