Our stay in Villaldia (in the beautiful private community of Puntaldia, San Teodoro) was amazing. The villa was much bigger and more spacious than we expected, with beautiful views and sunsets. There’s easy walking access to a quiet turquoise beach, and it’s only a 5-minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches, Lu Impostu. Franca helped every day to keep the house clean and organized, and she also cooked delicious meals in the villa. Matteo was always available to help us with anything we needed. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. We would love to come back.

Our stay in Puntaldia, hosted by Matteo, was truly exceptional. From the moment we booked, Matteo went above and beyond, arranging everything from boat charters and transportation to restaurant reservations. His hospitality was unmatched; he was available around the clock to assist with anything we needed. Each morning, a wonderful housekeeper came by to tidy up the villa, which made our stay even more relaxing. Now, about the villa… wow. The location, the amenities, the views, everything was thoughtfully curated and perfect for our group of 10. Each bedroom featured its own en-suite bathroom, and most rooms offered breathtaking views of the surrounding property. The Kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and clean. We especially loved the villa’s proximity to beautiful beaches and a variety of fantastic restaurants, cafés, and shops — all within walking distance. It made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. We had the most unforgettable time and are genuinely sad to leave. We can’t wait to return and stay with Matteo again!

This villa was gorgeous! We had 4 families including 5 young kids and the place fit us all very well. The host was responsive and helpful. They provided 2 pack&plays as well as 1 high chair. The views were incredible. The place was well designed and totally equipped with what you'd need (kitchen amenities, dishwasher, laundry, towels etc). Lara made us breakfast every morning and cleaned up a bit which was so lovely and allowed tired parents to rest a little bit. Beach and golf were easily accessible by walking. There are lots of stairs to get to the main house. The pool area is away from the main house (up some stairs) but it is not fenced in. Our whole group said they would recommend and would return! We loved staying in Sardinia 🇮🇹 and we loved this home. The views in this home are spectacular! The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the front porch views are beautiful. And the garden and flowers are top-notch! It was very nice to have the owners just right next-door. They were so kind they even invited us over for a tour of their home. The beach can be accessed from behind the pool area. You meander down at dirt path for about 10 minutes. The water in sardine is the most beautiful you will ever see! (Bring cash to rent chairs) The hot tub at the home was a huge plus as well. The swimming pool was a little cold just because we came to early in the season, but nonetheless, the view from the swimming pool to the ocean, is the best you will ever see!!Mateo was an excellent help during our stay! Prepared for everything. We highly recommend this home and the beautiful hotel across the street ha nice Spa and lovely restaurant.
