I highly recommend Rapid Rooter Plumbing! I’d had the PVR replaced last week, but it had been broken for at least a month so there was so much buildup in the water heater, the water softener and all my pipes that I was having problems. Chad & Jessica came out this morning, and they flushed everything, the Hot Water Heater, the water softener and all the pipes throughout the house and adjusted the pressure to make sure it was what I needed. They went above and beyond. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable, they treat you as if you’re their own family. Thank you Chad & Jessica at Rapid Rooter Plumbing!

My tub faucet wouldn’t close and kept running water. I called Rapid Rooter and Seth came out quickly and was fast to diagnose the issue. He got it all fixed and is now working as expected. Seth was easy to work with, clear in what he was doing and showing me what failed, and did a wonderful job!

Great response from Chad and Jessica at Rapid Rooter to fix a water pipe issue. They came right away Monday morning to deal with the issue. Chad showed me a video of the problem and was able to fix right away. Gave me advice for future product that may benefit me. Very pleased with their service and highly recommend.

Rapid Rooter did a camera inspection on a home I currently have under contract, and I’m so glad I called them. They were professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly while reviewing the sewer line. Having that inspection done gave me real peace of mind moving forward with the purchase.
