Rapid Rescue was responsive and professional throughout a complicated remediation program. From the first day a call was made there was an immediate response seeking to learn of the problem , driving to the site and assessing the next steps on where and how to proceed. From beginning to end there was always an explanation to address our concerns. Tim was able to take the challenging issues we faced and reduce it to a simple relatable language thereby taking some of the complexity out of the project.

We were out of town when we were notified by our dog sitter that a pipe in our basement had busted. Half of our basement was flooded. I called Rapid Rescue and Tim was out at my house within 30 minutes. He went right to work getting everything dried out and did a top notch job. You never want something like this to happen but, Tim at Rapid Rescue could not have made this any easier. If I ever have a problem like this, he will for sure be my first call. Phenomenal service!
