Definitely recommend this place! They helped us win a license appeal. We called alot and they didnt seem bothered at all! Always answered every question we had no matter how many times we asked the same questions. Always explained everything in detail. Made the whole process easy! Always polite!

This law firm is amazing!! I will be honest I never thought my privilege to drive could be restored. When I was in my early 20's I made a lot of bad decisions which resulted in my drivers license revocation. It had been 19 years of Michigan denying me access to a license even thought I had not lived there in as many years. Beth and Anne walked me through the process and all but held my hand anytime I had issues with the process. My attorney Eric made sure I understood everything necessary for my hearing and made sure that I was prepared for any questions I may be asked. I highly recommend these people they were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. They always made sure I was comfortable and confident as they prepared me for my hearing. They were always available to answer my questions and reassure me when I had doubts. I cannot say enough about how amazing they are. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I could not have done this without them and am eternally grateful!! Worth every penny!! Thank you so much to everyone at this firm you people are AMAZING!!!

I said that I would like to leave my honest review(this was sometime around June of 2025) so, I apologize for how much time has passed but here it is:
I could not have chosen a better firm to represent me for my ignition interlock violation hearing! Every member of this firm was extremely attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. As a person who has been sober for nearly 3 years, I was mortified and baffled to receive a violation for alleged alcohol consumption. Jeffrey Randa and Associates put my mind at ease by helping me through every step of the hearing process. I cannot thank them enough and will continue to recommend them to anyone requiring legal representation.

Everyone on the team is well seasoned and will only take on your case if they think you can win (are truly ready) which made me feel assured that my financial investment (worth every penny) had stronger backing. They will be as flexible as they can be but know they are the no nonsense, direct kind of people (intention is to help you) which are the types you want representing you in such a case. Outstanding service. I left a voicemail on a Saturday and received a return call first thing Monday morning. Everyone I spoke with from the office was helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable. Could not be happier with my experience at Jeffrey Randa and Associates.

The worst Law Firm to contact. The only thing this Firm is good for is waisting your valuable time and they will lie to your face as if nothing has happened. The worst staff that anyone can come across hands down. STAY AWAY FROM THEM BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY. They will take your hard earned money and treat you like trash.

Everyone at this office spent a lot of time on my case, and in the end I was victorious. It was a very long road, as I had several tickets from over two decades back. I reside out of state as well, and have for quite a long time now, however that was never an issue at all. All of my emails and questions were always answered promptly and thoroughly. Beth and Ann were both very helpful. They definitely both worked very hard, and I am very grateful to them.
My attorney, Eric, was extremely reassuring, especially when I felt the most doubtful and unsure. He was very easy to talk to, and was very knowledgeable about my specific case. He not only did not judge me for my past indiscretions, but truly seemed to understand how important the changes in my life that I have made are, and was very supportive.
All of these things working together are why I was able to finally get some closure, and have the hold on my license removed. I would definitely recommend this office, and will remain filled with gratitude for all of their effort.
