I was hospitalized in May. I just received my statement and 3 providers from this location billed me for over $2,000. My PCP, also Rancho Valley Family was in Hemet. I’d like to know what these providers provided as I don’t recall any contact, services, or advice. My insurance paid for it and that’s not the point. I also just received a bill doubling a charge sent 6/3. I understand care is expensive, but this outfit is money hungry without providing quality care. Three family members have sought care in 3 months. We have all been extremely disappointed.

I’m sorry you were hospitalized and hope you’re feeling better. Rancho Family Medical Group has Hospitalists who go to local area hospitals such as Loma Linda Murrieta, Rancho Springs, Inland Valley and Temecula Valley Hospital. We submit billing codes based on each hospital visit by our team. Patients often do not realize that a physician can spend hours reviewing consults, labs, imaging , conversing with specialists, radiologists, etc which is done before, and after they enter into the hospital room.
Medicare/insurance companies have a fee schedule of what they pay for each visit- We don’t simply get paid any dollar amount we ask for as rates are determined by your insurance/Medicare.
It is true, hospital visits can be very expensive, and the most hospitals will charge anywhere from 6,000 to $20,000 per day just to be in their building and in a bed.,which is quite ridiculous. A physician charge usually range between $150-$250/day-commonly we get paid about $.70 on the dollar.

Not a good experience with Rancho medical group. Just 5 minutes of talking to a doctor where she had ordered only blood test, the bill was around $500. Follow-up was delayed. Even after I requested for a particular blood test, they hadn’t put in the blood test order and I had to keep following them up to get the blood test done
Horrible follow-up. I have been trying to get my medication filled and the office is not submitting documentation needed for my insurance to approve it. I had to call my insurance to find out what they needed and had them call the clinic to inform them what was missing although they had already communicated this to the clinic. I have called the clinic multiple times and Dr. Mondkar is constantly out of the office so they keep telling they need her to send something but nothing happens. They promised to call me last week and this week to give an update and they do not. I have to call to find out the status of this. I called today and still, nothing has been done. This is horrible patient care. I’m diabetic and need this medication. I feel this is complete lack of care. I will be switching Doctors as soon as I obtain my medication.
Very bad experience with the care team and the front desk. For any kind of prescription refill I need to call them over and over again and it takes me weeks to get it. One time, after all the calls, they finally filled the prescription but they sent it to the wrong pharmacy (really!??), even though I had specifically requested my pharmacy on the section “prescription refill” of their app!!! This is when I decided to write this review.

Sorry you had a frustrating experience, many patients also log into mychart and request a medication renewal. Here you are able to specify the pharmacy as some patients have multiple ones in their chart. Using this approach, most refills take between 1 to 3 business days.
I recently experienced poor customer service at the Rancho Family Medical Group location on Single Oak Drive in Temecula. I arrived at the office at the time I was instructed to pick up paperwork that had originally been requested the previous week. Upon arrival, I was informed that the paperwork was still not ready and was asked to return at a later specified time.
After returning as directed, I was again told to wait because the paperwork had still not been completed. Throughout the process, there was little empathy or consideration shown for my time, schedule, or commitments. Instead, I was repeatedly given false assurances without any clear communication or realistic timeframe for resolution.
I understand delays can happen, but professionalism, accountability, and respectful communication with patients are essential. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards.
If I could give this office 0 stars then I would. They have amazing customer service on the phone ( which I later found out, this service is done by a whole different company). I had an appointment at 2:20pm. I was running late, but I arrived in the office by 2:35pm and was called forward by 2:36pm. Then they handled another issue in the office before telling me that I was past their grace period and I wouldn’t be seen today. If you want a doctor’s office with good customer service then keep searching.
Dr I’m spoke to me for 3-5 minutes and sent me on my way… no LABS, no tests, NOTHING.
I am STILL having the same issue. I honestly do not understand how some Doctors became Doctors with such a lazy work ethic…IT IS NOT DIFFICULT to walk from room to room doing nothing all day. Try being a Chef, or Roughneck, or Coal Miner. THAT is a difficult job. Dont get Dr Im if you have a choice
When I visited them last year, they first messed my insurance and sent me an erroneous bill. The doctor didn't respond to an enquiry he promised over several months. After I pushed multiple times and scheduled a visit, the doctor simply said I need to check with experts and billed my insurance several hundred dollars. I would not recommend this facility at all.
Dr. Salehi is the worst pediatrician I have ever taken my daughter to. I will never take my daughter to another Ranch Family medical Group location, ever. This is why: I took my daughter in for an annual wellness visit. During the visit we agreed to have her take a DTAP vaccine. Just for the vaccine they charged me $255. Then Dr. Salehi asked me if there were any other concerns that we had in regards to my daughter. I had mentioned that my daughter had fainted in the morning while she was getting ready for school. Dr. Salehi then charged me an extra $155 just for answering a question that he asked me. Dr. Salehi decided to treat my answer as a separate visit and tried to justify the extra charge based on that. He never treated my daughter for anything that had to do with her fainting. The annual visit was $140. So after going in for an annual visit, my bill was a total of $550. $550 for one annual wellness visit and a vaccine. I asked for a refund of the extra charge of $155 and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. To hell with these crooks. Keep your whole family away from this place. Go give your business to someone else who will not try to take advantage of you. Keep your kids away from Dr. Salehi and Ranch Family Medical Group.
First time visit and impressed with Dr Uttaburanont. She was thorough and helpful with my questions. She ordered further testing without my having to push for more. Her office staff was polite and helpful with explanations of how their office system works. I was given a list of providers for each test, not just one. I am happy to have found this doctor.
