Ramos Iron Works repaired and refinished an exterior entry gate. The gate was removed and the work was done in the shop and then reinstalled. Their communication, scheduling and the quality of work was terrific and done in a very timely manner. Pricing was very reasonable and a great value for the quality of the work.

Everett's Ramos Iron Works did a great job from design to installation of the iron stair handrails and landing railings for our new front porch.
The design we chose required some significant measurement changes in order to fit the porch steps and present a balanced design. My husband initially calculated these changes and, with the skill of Ramos' craftsmen and the seasoned eye for design of Office Staff Vitoria, the spacing and design issues were successfully addressed. During visits to Ramos' workshop to finalize the design, our many questions were answered with great patience. Ramos suggested design changes where necessary based on its experience with the materials used and the chosen design.
Ramos carefully installed the iron work. The last step of the stairs was stone and Ramos drilled a hole into it for the bottom posts of the handrails. The installation work was neatly done and all the iron work was painted a matte sheen (it had initially been painted with a glossy sheen, but was then repainted on site with the matte sheen we'd ordered, at no additional cost). We're very pleased with the result of Ramos' work.
Based on our experience with Ramos staff on both design and installation, we have no hesitation in recommending Ramos Iron Works.

We needed a new railing for the front steps. Maybe a bit pricier than some others, if so their great work and professionalism makes it worthwhile. I had to call a few times, and we swapped images and info to get to a railing that made sense for our space and budget. I also had questions about the methods they use. Vitoria was very helpful and responsive throughout the planning and learning process. The day of install they were on time, polite, got it done and cleaned up. I had a few q's for the installers too, they were happy to answer. Highly recommended!
