Recently did the Rajgad-Torna-Raigad trek with Ramblers India. The organisation of the trek was quite good, in terms of transportation arrangements, proper safety gears, food etc.
What really distinguishes them from most of the other trek companies, is their passion for hiking. They try their best to make the trek an experience to remember, and not just merely a completion tick box. Sincerely hope that they will keep on exploring and organising such beautiful range treks and offbeat treks in the Sahyadris.
I've been on several treks with Ramblers over the years, starting with the exhilarating Sandhan Valley trek in 2016 to the fabulous Kamandurg trek in Jan 2026. Each time, I was impressed by how well organised and enjoyable their treks were. Their trek leaders are knowledgeable, professional and passionate about the outdoors. They have relatively smaller groups, which enables them to focus on safety and make sure every member gets the support they need during the trek.
Also, their charges very reasonable, esp. for everything they include in the itinerary. This is important to mention, because I've seen how some groups have raised their charges over the years without really adding much value to their treks. In summary, I want say that you join them as participants and go back as friends.
Kudos to Mahesh for building such a great outdoor travel company and putting together a fantastic team of trek leaders. Looking forward to the next adventure with Ramblers!
I have been trekking with Ramblers India since 2022, and they are hands-down the best in the business. What really differentiates them is their small group size—they don't believe in taking huge crowds, which ensures everyone gets personal attention and moves at a safe, comfortable pace. Safety is clearly their top priority, and the equipment and gear they provide are always high-quality and reliable. It’s rare to find a company that maintains such high standards year after year.
Their team is fantastic, but a special shout-out goes to Mahesh. It has been great to see his journey from a passionate mountaineer to the awesome mountain leader he is today. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful person who truly understands the mountains. Having someone like him leading the way makes you feel both safe and inspired.
If you want a personalized, safe, and professional trekking experience, I highly recommend Ramblers India!
I have been trekking with this group since 2022 and now its like a family for me.. Safe, trust worthy, welcoming and comforting. Best village stays and village food. So thanks alot ramblers india, for being there, for making the struggles of life easier.

I’ve been trekking with Mahesh (Ramblersindia) since 2016, and when it comes to any adventure, I can blindly trust him. This time was extra special because my daughter joined me for waterfall rappelling before leaving for her MBBS studies. I didn’t think twice about taking her along, because I knew I wanted only Mahesh to give her the experience of her very first trek and adventure.
As always, everything was perfectly managed. I always rely on Mahesh and recommend him to anyone who asks me about trekking—he’s truly the best and such a darling!
Also, a big mention to Aishwarya, who was so cute, kind, and supportive to my daughter Saanvi. She didn’t leave her side throughout the trek, which made me feel so reassured.

It was a great trekking experience with @Ramblersindia Trek . I have trekked with many groups in sahyadris. But i must say this is one of the best groups i have trekked with. Responsible, punctual and having limited number of people on the trek was great as it helps in better management. I have been trekking with ramblersindia for long time now. They are very well known for their safety. Groups leads are all awesome personalities. They make sure you and all group reaches to the destination. Recently i went with them to Rajmachi trek, again trek leads knew the routes very well, arrangements, food, communication was all good. Helped a lot before trek on how to reach, where to park etc.
any-day I would recommend ramblersindia to anyone who wants to enjoy and trek safely.

We had an amazing trek to Rajmachi with Ramblers India! A huge thank you to Ajit and Ambika, who went above and beyond to make our experience smooth, safe and memorable. From the very beginning, they were proactive, well-organized and always happy to assist.
One thing that truly stood out was the personal care - they even followed up after the trek to ensure we reached safely. Even though storing our extra luggage wasn’t part of their scope, Ajit arranged it without hesitation, which really meant a lot to us.
It was a short trip, but the connection we felt with the team and fellow trekkers was something special. Truly a memorable experience and we’d love to trek with Ramblers again!

Took me a while to write this review, but the association with Ramblers has been there since 2019(7 yrs), from our first fireflies camping & a few more each year since. The warmth from the friendly team of Ramblers-India has been the highlight that keeps us connected. Some I have even known from my cycling days. The expertise and more importantly the patience & encouragement their team shows is an important aspect that assures us we are with safe hands always.
Be it from "waterfall/ mountain rappelling to midnight cycling in the city, it is always a safe fun event each time. Heres to many more events & expeditions with Ramblers & may your tribe grow strong each Y-o-Y!

Have done close to 10 treks with Ramblers.
Very professional, the arrangements are really good from guide's expertise, to food to directions etc.
Definitely recommend them for both beginner and elite trekkers.
