Came to Ralda's Details based on their high google reviews and met up with Bryan who worked on my F150 Lightning with a Ceramic coat. When selecting a ceramic coat, Bryan gave me a number of options all at once and there was some confusion on which coat I was getting. I initially thought I was getting the Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra, but finding out I ended up with the System X Max G+ the day of pickup. I did say I wanted a warranty and for some reason I thought the Gtechniq had one when he was holding the package up before moving onto the System X when he was showing me when selecting a coating. Altogether, I'm not dissatisfied. I told Bryan at pickup what I was looking for in a coating and he assured me of the quality of the work and the durability of the coating. He stood by the product he was putting on and also would switch it to the Gtechniq if I was dissatisfied because of the confusion. I think my truck turned out amazing and time will tell regarding the durability of the System X Max G+ vs if I had the Gtechniq CSU. So far I am highly satisfied and would recommend Ralda's to anyone getting a coating. Just make sure you clarify exactly what you want and the exact product to avoid the confusion that happened to me.

Scheduled a full interior and exterior detailing for my new to me truck I purchased from construction company. As a daily construction vehicle, it was really dirty. Stained cloth seats, dust and grime everywhere, grimy center console, floor had years of collected dirt and mudd, and strong smell of cigarette smoke. Long story short, after Tony and his guys detailed it, truck looks and smells like new. Felt like I was picking up a new truck from dealer. Very clean and shiny. No more smell of cigarettes, cloth seats had no stains, center console, glass and dash are spotless, even the truck exterior looks shiny. Give these guys a try, you will not find a better detailer in central VA. Well worth the money. Will be scheduling our other vehicles soon. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience getting the front two windows of my Audi Q5 tinted here. From start to finish, the team was incredibly fast, communicative, and knowledgeable about the best tint percentages to match my factory glass. It’s hard to find a shop that combines quality craftsmanship with great customer service, but these guys nailed it. This is the second vehicle they’ve worked for me!

got my windows tinted today…they look amazing! the tech was very polite and he answered all my questions. i would definitely recommend this business for your window tinting or auto detailing needs. (tinting ran a lil over the time they stated so they gave my dirty car a complimentary wash…so now it looks super clean with my freshly tinted windows)
