We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the providers at Rainbow Optics’ Willamette office. My son is 9 and disabled (autism and speech delay), and he has been seeing Dr. Kara Lei Muraoka, OD, for the past couple of years. She is truly wonderful with him — patient, warm, and kind. She takes the time to explain things directly to him and treats him as the patient, rather than speaking only to me.
At his most recent visit, he got glasses for the first time, and Dr. Muraoka made the entire experience positive and empowering. He left the appointment excited and proud, feeling like his favorite comic book hero. We are so grateful for the care and thoughtfulness she shows every visit. Thank you again!

AWFUL place to go, they take advantage of elderly customers. Charge them then tell them it was a mistake and they will get it taken care of. the receptionists working have the courage to YELL on the phone and call me a liar. Then the “manager” Sean thinks he’s nice and helpful but he is very rude and UNHELPFUL. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They don’t know what customer service is

The doctor was friendly and concise. Very informative. And the optician (I can’t remember her name…) made some recommendations that I think are going to work well. She also adjusted my progressive glasses, as they weren’t adjusted correctly at the place I purchased them. Great experience.

I had an emergency need, having fallen and hit my head. Dr DeColesta gave me a quick appointment and when I showed up hours earlier he squeezed me in and took his time examining my two black eyes. Could not ask for better and kinder care. Without question, the best!

I wore contacts for years then glasses for about 8 months, I went back to get contacts again and they couldn't get my vision anywhere close to clear. It was so bad that it was dangerous for me to drive and made me nauseous. They told me that contacts just wouldn't work for me because my 'standards were too high', so I got glasses and gave up. Pricing transparency was also poor, which is somewhat expected in this business I guess. I'm going elsewhere.

Our last visit here was seamless - very fast & professional service with a quick turnaround on delivery of glasses. Based on my recent experience I would recommend this business and location.

I redeveloped a blood-shot eye, after using Rx and condition went away. I was given an appointment the same day I left voicemail before office hours. From the person who made my appointment on the phone to checking in, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Leibernez decided a new issue was cause and carefully explained his recommendations and provided the printed recommendations and visit summery. Once again: couldn't ask for better care.
