After months, I find myself forced to revise my review.
Under pressure from the staff, I posted it right after the company opened, and everything seemed to be going well.
But for months now, I’ve noticed nothing but unethical and non-transparent behavior.
I wanted to close my business, so they first told me the costs, and then later tripled them, with no option to renegotiate. I requested the NOC to try to resolve the situation with the partner they rely on (IFZA), and to receive the NOC, they asked me for the same amount they had asked for the business closure—a sham to force you to close with them anyway.
I strongly advise against this partner due to their conduct, far too many hidden and undisclosed costs.

I initially left a positive review when opening my company, based on my first impression. However, my experience afterward has been very disappointing.
I was charged significantly higher fees for certain services compared to standard market rates. For example, I was charged AED 1,550 for salary certificates, while the actual IFZA cost is much lower.
More concerning, when I decided to move to another authorized service provider, my request for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) was delayed and made conditional, which affected my ability to proceed with my company renewal on time.
I have since escalated the matter to IFZA and the UAE Ministry of Economy.
I am sharing this based on my real experience to highlight concerns around pricing transparency and service practices. I hope the company improves its approach to client handling in the future.
