took my tuned 800 horse hellcat to rada to get a bigger fuel pump,was hoping to get maybe 10 more horsepower out of it,rick and his guys tuned it,dynoed it,to my surprise they got 900 horse out of it!-highly recommend rada!-these guys know there stuff!-thank you rada for working your magic on my hellcat!-best hi performance shop in the area,you want the best performance?-take your car to rada!

10/10! I brought my Big Turbo 335i BMW to Rada Race Lab after dealing with a frustrating misfire issue that other shops couldn’t figure out. These guys nailed it. They quickly diagnosed the real problem and got it fixed the right way. My car is running smoother and stronger than ever. I also recently brought my car in for a new oil pan and upgraded the rod bearings with them and it was an outstanding experience with that as well. Ricky, the Owner, showed a high level of professionalism and expertise. They kept me updated throughout the process and explained everything very clearly which I appreciated a ton. Great experience with Rada. Helped look over a car on short notice that we flew in to see from Chicago. Fantastic facility and awesome team. We've also used a handful of their RS3 products - Quality parts with functional design. Wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here for any build needs!

After waiting about a whole year for my build to finish up, my 3 month experience after Rada Race Lab was not so great. 7/2/2024 - I took the car home. I was happy to finally have my car back after such a long return time. 7/20/24 - 2 weeks into having the car, I was already experiencing oil loss and having to refill the engine with a quart of oil, brought my car into Rada and was told the clamps failed on my turbo’s oil drain. Got that situated and took the car back home. 8/20/2024 - About 2 weeks later, I get codes for misfires on cylinder 1,5, and random misfires. Reached out to Rada, was told plugs could be the issue and to change them out for new ones, did exactly that, misfires seemed to go away. 9/9/2024 - About 3 weeks later, I reach out to Rada because of misfire codes once again. Rada can’t find nothing concerning in my logs so they ask me to bring the car by to get looked at. Left my car alone to sit and chill until bringing it to Rada 9/17/2024 9/20/2024 - Rada tells me they cannot replicate any misfires or any concerning issues with the car, told that the car is “healthy as ever” and good to pick up for that day. 9/30/2024 - took the car out for 3 60-130s, car seems pretty sluggish and not performing, but no misfire codes or any type of alerts. 10/4/2024 - making my way to a Drag race event to finally do a full 1/4 mile pass in this car. Engine blows up @60-75% throttle trying to get around a bit of traffic. Rada can’t find nothing concerning in my logs so they ask me to bring the car by to get looked at. Left my car alone to sit and chill until bringing it to Rada 9/17/2024
9/20/2024 - Rada tells me they cannot replicate any misfires or any concerning issues with the car, told that the car is “healthy as ever” and good to pick up for that day. 9/30/2024 - took the car out for 3 60-130s, car seems pretty sluggish and not performing, but no misfire codes or any type of alerts. 10/4/2024 - making my way to a Drag race event to finally do a full 1/4 mile pass in this car. Engine blows up @60-75% throttle trying to get around a bit of traffic. (Not even doing a WOT)
Bring my car to shop same exact day to get inspected. 11/19/2024 - Couple of months go by with the car at Rada and report comes back that my entire engine needs to be re-sleeved and built again, pretty much leaving me with $23k in engine damage. After spending $70k+ with Rada, this whole experience has been a headache and I do feel like it could’ve been avoided if properly looked at in time. Also pretty upset because this car never performed how Rada told me it did through emails. I was told my car ran a 4.5 60-130 in very hot weather. Best the car ever did was 4.69 in very low DAs and cooler weather. Only reason for the two stars is because Dom does do extremely clean fab work. Other than that, this is my 2 star experience with Rada Race Lab

Edit: You guys offered a 15% discount which was offered to every customer during the holiday season. Wouldn’t consider that much of a heavy discount for what would have been a 23k bill without it.
My car had thousands of miles of daily driving. Not thousands of miles of passes, let’s be more clear about that. I bought 2 barrels of 55 gallons which I mainly used to blend with any pump fuel I did use, reason why I went through it so fast (didn’t like the idea of having just pump E in vehicle)
You were NEVER told that codes would be cleared to continue doing pulls as I had only had codes for misfires come up on 3 separate occasions, which you were aware of instantly since I did email and let you guys know right away about them. You’ve brought up multiple times about how my logs were “wiped from the device” as if you are trying to push that on me. My car was brought to your shop same day (immediately within hours as you stated) and you didn’t get back to me until 3 days later claiming all of my logs were deleted.
You told me my car did a 4.5 60-130 on a hot afternoon and even after a couple revisions, it never came close to that, even on a cool night with low DAs, so your word is pretty questionable.
Even when I did provide logs during misfires, apparently nothing concerning was seen within them.
Compared to the original invoice, you guys gave me a free fuel tank top hat & a fire extinguisher kit valued at a total of about $1100, which was much appreciated.
My review is simply just my experience with having my car built and serviced by you guys. Nowhere did I state that a particular part you made, or a service you did was the cause for my failure.

After waiting about a whole year for my build to finish up, my 3 month experience after Rada Race Lab was not so great. 7/2/2024 - I took the car home. I was happy to finally have my car back after such a long return time. 7/20/24 - 2 weeks into having the car, I was already experiencing oil loss and having to refill the engine with a quart of oil, brought my car into Rada and was told the clamps failed on my turbo’s oil drain. Ruben. We do appreciate an honest review. However, we do think this review is not an accurate representation of our service and commitment to our customers. While your situation was far from ideal , We have done everything in our power to help get you back on the road. Including extending a heavy labor discount on repairs to do so.
With every Build we do, The customer leaves here with a full understanding that there are risks involved in making double or triple the horsepower that a vehicle comes with. This is why we have a sheet that outlines these risks. Every build customer signs this(including you) after reading and understanding.
While still unusual and unfortunate. Your car had thousands of miles of heavy usage which ultimately raises these risks. During the months of the car running after delivery, We provided you with multiple 55 gallon barrels of race fuel which is much more than any car under "normal" Use.
Unfortunately. We do not know the direct cause of the failiure as we have no data to review (all logging data was wiped from the device before we got the car for diagnosis) . We were told by you and your friends that the codes would be cleared so you can do more "pulls" . And likewise, There is no obvious part failure that might have caused this. We understand 100% that this is frustrating. But, we he ave always gone out of our way to help you AND remedy this situation. As stated, We have offered you a substantial discount on labor to get the car back on the road on top of offering to refund any diagnostic fee if you wanted to go forward with repairs. And likewise we took the car in immediately (within hours) of the failure to diagnose. We have always taken care of you as a customer.
We discounted your original build out of good faith due to timeline delays, We provided you with barrels of ethanol fuel any time you needed it. We ALWAYS answer your calls, texts and emails in an exteremly timely matter.
Again. We understand that this is frustrating. But, we see this 2 star review as directly blaming Us at Rada for an unfortunate failure on a car making over 900 horsepower under heavy usage. When we have been nothing but upstanding and helpful with you and your car.

I've been using Rada for years and I will continue to. They don't just offer a great service at a fair price but they actually care about the customers best interest. They wont upsell you unless they think its absolutely necessary. They also wont sugar coat things and properly educate you up front on what to expect. The 5 star reviews are real. Been working between 3 dealerships now to fix an issue on my new to me Audi RS3. Nobody could fix it, and it's just been money going down the drain. This past week the dealership told me I was on my own with this. Rada came highly recommended and I made the drive from the Chicago area. Boy was it worth it. They got it done in one day, saved me a ton of money, and the people there are really awesome. Without them, I'd have to keep pouring money out in vain. Now I can actually enjoy the car. This is THE place to go for anything Audi, or honestly, if you want intelligent people with integrity to work on your vehicle. Would give 10 stars if I could. Cannot recommend them enough.

Had two different shops after 8 months couldn't figure out the issue on my TT lambo. These guys figured out in matter of days and my car is running like a champ. Very very through and detailed communication every step of the way. Dom and Ricky are very knowledgeable and efficient. Car will be going to them end of every season for TLC and fluids. Could have not been happier with these guys! I would not take my car to any other shop again as long as these guys are there I know I am taken care of.

I had some welding I needed done on one of a pontoon on my boat before storing it for the winter . Dominic squeezed me in on Friday.
