From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. Every question I had was answered quickly, clearly, and professionally, and the whole process felt smooth and easy. You can really tell they care about their customers and making sure you’re happy with the product.
The RaceChip box itself has completely exceeded my expectations. The difference in the car is immediately noticeable — stronger acceleration, better throttle response, and a much more enjoyable driving experience overall. The car feels sharper, more responsive, and noticeably more powerful while still feeling smooth and refined.
Installation was straightforward, the quality of the unit is excellent, and it does exactly what RaceChip says it will do.
I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service. If you’re thinking about getting a RaceChip for your car, I can definitely recommend them based on my experience. Fantastic communication, fantastic product, and a noticeable improvement in performance. 10/10!

This was my second purchase from KW, and once again Jeff delivered exceptional service.
His product knowledge was spot on, and the H.A.S. KW springs have completely transformed my BMW M6. The ride comfort, handling and stance are exactly what I was hoping for, striking the perfect balance between performance and everyday usability.
What really stood out was Jeff going above and beyond by arranging overnight delivery to ensure I received the springs before my road trip. That level of customer service is rare these days.

From the first call to Jeff I found the service to be excellent. All my questions were answered promptly and in detail. The instructions that were supplied for my Range Rover SVR were very helpfull. My GTS Black was reprogrammed in about 10 minutes and has made a noticeable difference. I am extremely happy with the product and the exceptional service I received.
