I was impressed with how organized they were throughout the process. Their communication was clear from beginning to end, which gave me peace of mind. Avoid at all costs…. I don’t even know where to begin with this awful company. Simply read the responses from the owner to his negative reviews on here.. Nearly everything mentioned in these reviews happened to us during our move in 2023.

The movers canceled due to a family emergency. We have no control over the crew having a family emergency.. we informed you we will refund you by Zelle, but you also still have not replied back with your information yet..

Avoid Rabbit Movers at All Costs: A Nightmare Experience I am writing this review to warn others about my absolutely terrible experience with Rabbit Movers. Despite paying in full and referencing the move date multiple times in emails, they did not show up. They had another date from when I submitted my first quote request. This was a total inconvenience and made me have to book another moving company, extend my lease by a day and rebook elevators for both buildings. They said they would mail me my refund and I still have not received it, 2 months later. My move date was 9/15/24. Not only did they fail to show up, but they also caused me significant stress and financial loss due to last-minute arrangements. I have tried repeatedly to contact them for a refund, but they have completely ignored my emails, calls, and texts. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company, I strongly recommend avoiding Rabbit Movers.

Please reconsider working with these disrespectful people. Read the negative reviews because people like this get friends to give them positive reviews. The negative reviews align with my experience. They use a bunch of fake reviews with 5 stars to hide their practices. They had a subcontractor demanding a 20% gratuity for his services. When we tried to explain that this was not explained when we booked the move, he started be-little and insult and I couldn't get a full sentence in. To make matters worse, when I called the company the man on the phone started yelling at me and said he assumed I was an educated person and could read a contract. I don't know how a recommended 20% gratuity is also a mandatory charge. The boss was worse than his subcontractor. I told them I am not paying any more money and my sister gave the subcontractor $60. I found another $200 charge to my credit card from Rabbit. So If you want to do business with a company that saves your credit card on file and makes future charges without your consent then you can continue with these people. If not, shop elsewhere. I have no confidence that these people wont continue to try and charge my card in the future. There are plenty other companies out there that won't steal from you. Save yourself the headache whoever these young men are running this company need to understand that honesty and integrity work better than theft and intimidation. Stay Away! This is so funny. Please read the owners response. You will see everything you need to know about these people. I dont need to say anything else.

We are going to post the phone call so everyone can see you yelling and refusing to tip the crew for the over 8hrs they worked for you, moving you from ct to Brooklyn
.. - all movers are employees of rabbit movers, and
- yes we think all customers are educated enough to read the contract which is in word that even a 3rd grader can understand,
- he also failed to read it as it does inform him that on moves over 100miles, a 20% tip will be charged after the move, which is the charge he saw..
- his issue is, his sister booked the movers bit him. He had l no information or details of the move and just assumes.
- He called the person over the phone rude bc they asked him to read the terms which was sent to him over 5 times..
-I don’t understand why you think you can speak to anyone so disrespectful

My experience with rabbit movers was top tier!! as they were very professional, experienced, and efficient about the entire move. They made sure protection was key!!! Taking care all of my items as if it were theirs, I felt the energy in the air!! They asked me what things had sentimental value to me and made sure to move it with extra care….

Great moving company. I will definitely use them again as well recommend them. The crew (Justin & Joe) arrived on time and were polite and professional. They were careful and mindful of my property. The price was affordable and they were exactly the help we needed.

I had the best experience Anthony was helping and very caring Joseph and Justin were professional and took attention to detail with all of my belongings this was by far the best and smoothest move I have ever had I would highly recommend Anthony and Rabbit movers for any move

EXTRIMELY POOR SERVICE - DO NOT HIRE (PLUS THE “CEO” IS REVIEWING HIS OWN BUSINESS ON GOOGLE) -We have paid for packing service but the movers were not provided with packing supplies. We had to go purchase them out of pocket the same day of the move. -The truck was not big enough for the move, so we had to load our own car with the balance left out. -Two full closets were not packed or moved. We had to go back the following day to pack and move the balance. -Items lost and damaged (damaged bed frame, damaged couch, lost lamp, lost clothes, and the list can go on). -350$ where proposed as a compensation, nothing in line with the damaged caused. -The compensation has been solicited 5 times and with multiple emails and calls, as nothing has been received, well passed compensation time. -Instead we have been threatened for the compensation to be declined and move on through legal experts (for $350), which is most probably going to be next step. Last, the comments to the review they receive speak enough for the customer service you can expect. ADDING FURTHER PICS FOLLOWING OWNER REPLY: -THE LIST OF DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS (now denied and upon which was made the offer of $350) -THE PACKING SUPPLY LIST HE CONFIRMED (now denied - including wardrobe boxes) -I PAIED FOR A MOVE FOR A 2 BEDROOM APT AND HONORED THE PRICE WAS PROVIDED. Customers do not asses track size.

- the truck was double the size that you paid for on your move you had extra items that you did not pay for it to be moved, and was report after the move..
- You did not pay for any packing supplies, only the base materials as noted in your agreement
- You did not pay for any packing of wardrobe boxes in your move.
-you have not reported loss or damages reported damage on one item which then the movers after settlement show this photos of the item damage before they moved it therefore denying your claim

I had a great experience with Rabbit movers! Justin and Bobby were super professional and so kind during my move. They were extremely fast and had all my things in my new apartment within an hour and a half. Also just genuinely nice guys! Would definitely recommend!

My recent relocation was a snap thanks to Rabbit Moving & Storage. Their staff was really helpful, professional, and efficient. They were on time, carefully packed my things, and made the seamless transition to my new house. The movers handled my items with courtesy and consideration. Their meticulous attention to detail and easy handling of delicate objects amazed me. To anybody looking for a dependable and reasonably priced moving company, I would heartily suggest Rabbit Moving.

These are the most unprofessional and disgusting company I have EVER worked for. They mixed up my pick up and drop off address which I didn’t notice until the day of. I called to inform them of their mistake. They called back to inform me that they would either cancel my move or wait till Wednesday. I informed them that my entire apartment is packed up and I can’t wait. They began to argue with me about why I didn’t say something sooner and proceeded to cancel my move and hang up. I called back and they proceeded to verbally argue with me, curse at me and tell me that I should’ve acted like an adult. Worst company ever do not work with this moving company. ANTHONY the owner is the MOST unprofessional person I have ever encountered.

We’re going to attach the recordings, where you mix up the address and gives us the wrong addresses and didn’t correct the address until 30 minutes before your move, due to us being sold that we informed you the next availability, as this will be the same-day cancellation due to the customer who received multiple emails to confirm her contract, and confirmed her contract multiple times, changed her contract 30 minutes before the move.. rather than take responsibility for her mess up as an adult would, us to “ suck her d” therefore we cancel her move and decided not to work with her in the future. Since it’s the same day cancellation, she’s not entitled to any refund.

Found them on Reddit as they were highly recommend movers in Brooklyn. They did a great job with my stuff and helped me to arrange them properly in my new digs. Reasonably priced with great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to others.
