Thank you. Your customer service is unmatched. Not only do you address the issues requested, but also take the time to find and address others that hadn't been found and reported on. On top of that you take the time to talk about, teach, and show new home owner's about future issues, ie: draining water out of the sprinkler system so it doesn't freeze during winter to avoid costly repairs. Thank you all for your hard work and care.

Working with Michael made the process of getting everything touched up and fixed after the house was done very easy. During the building of the home the communication could have been better. We felt like whenever we were asking for answers for something they would say they would get back to us but we didn’t know when to expect those answers and had to keep following up with them about it. Then there’s just miscommunication on both sides with what you want with designs that would become too late to change later without paying more which wasn’t always their fault, just a warning to future home builders to make sure you’re very specific about what you want. Overall a good builder providing an opportunity to cut down on your mortgage with a nice ADU that comes with your home.

My wife and I had a wonderful time working with R5. We were incredibly pleased with how focused they were on us and helping us build the home of our dreams. They were incredibly attentive and willing to work with us. Unfortunately, as things happen, we had to back out of our contract. While other companies may have kept our earnest money, R5 was incredibly understanding and released all funds that we had contributed back to us. They wished us well and showed genuine hope for us to find a great home. If we ever get the chance to work with R5 again we would do so in a heartbeat. Great company, wonderful experience!

We’re building a Silk! a massive 2-story house with enough room for my family. I love the living area and office, The kids toy room now is gonna be the guest room. The basement.
