☺Sehr netter Empfang und die Wohnung liegt schön zentral. Zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten zum Großen Marktplatz. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe bzw. die Übergabe des Türcodes hat prima geklappt.

We are surprised by your low ratings for “facilities” and “comfort”, given that our Booking.com accumulated score for these categories is a near perfect 9.7/10. As your score seems peripheral to the criteria at hand, we remain without sound understanding as of why you rated these two aspects so low.
Following a similar rational scoring, you’ve marked our “location” with a 5/10… Like many multicultural inner-city areas, the scenery is diversified and may take a moment to habituate to. Fantastic inner city transport access, a vibrant atmosphere, a great food scene, ethnic shops, and warm, friendly community largely makes up for this. Kind regards from all of us

☺Molto vicino al centro, con i mezzi lo si raggiunge in pochissimo tempo. Appena davanti all' ingresso della struttura, ci sono le fermate per i Tram e a 2 minuti a piedi c'è l'accesso alla metro. Supermercati e forni nelle vicinanze e comoda la stazione dei treni a 5 minuti a piedi.
L'appartamento dispone di tutti i confort, ampio e curato, non si sente il rumore della strada.
Molto accogliente.

☺ Very comfortable spacious apartment. Comfortable beds with great pillows. Everything you could need was supplied. Near to trams, buses and metro. Host kept in touch to make sure everything was OK.

☺ Spacious, comfortable and very clean. Coffee machine, washing machine and robes for each guest! Great communication and information from the host. Parking available on-site for a fee.

A spacious, comfortable apartment with exceptional hospitality—highly recommended for a stay in Brussels!
☺ I stayed at 213 Resident Botanique Brassells for 3 nights with two friends, and we had a lovely time. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, offering plenty of room for the three of us.
The host was very communicative and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process smooth. I really appreciated being allowed to check out at 12:30 instead of the usual 11:00. It’s these little touches that make a big difference.
The mattresses and bedding were exceptional—super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep, which is always a plus after a long day of sightseeing.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located apartment in Brussels. Would stay here again!
