Upscaling for the extra $10 is worth it, the quality difference is quite significant. Overall very happy with this mouse pad, it feels durable and good quality. I chose the 3mm thickness which I think is perfect, the material is also nice to the touch UPDATE: Got a second one as shown in the 2nd pic. I was nervous that it might not be as nice as the first one since its very dark and a different art style, but it also turned out really well after upscaling. The mousepads have a slight shine to them in direct light, so the blacks appear much darker when I have the room light off. Quality product both times 👌

Great customer service, quick and respectful. Had some confusion with deliveries due to AusPost, they gave all the support they could in ensuring i got my play mat. The playmat looks and feels great, the image is clear with vibrant and full colours.

Quality was great, printing was solid. The support from the team was great helping me with an issue I had. Only issue was the rather slow shipping times, but as long as you order 2-3 weeks in advance, you should be fine!

Its been two years since I've been using this mousepad everyday and it actually held up really well, just a bit of fading on the part where my mouse moves around but on the other side of the mousepad, its in ideal and perfect condition. I genuinely DO recommend this product if you want a daily use deskpad/mouspad because its been 2 years and its held up very well.

incredibly happy. with priority processing, it was printed and shipped to me arriving after just nine days. for $50 total for a fully custom print, i'm impressed. playmat looks amazing in person and feels super premium (3mm stitching 600x350 for MTG) and it got heaps of compliments at the LGS. highly recommend and i've already recommended quokka to several others

Recently I got into SWU and wanted a larger than standard playmat. A friend recommended Quokka for their customer service and great product. I am not disappointed! I chose to use custom artwork, and worked hard to upscale and refine a poor copy of a McQuarrie original; Quokka liked it so much they got in touch to work with me on the results you see attached. Above and beyond expectations, from real people. I will be in touch for game-mats for skirmish wargames and more.

Update 2025: Shortly after my first review the seller reached out to me and offered their apologies for the quality of the mouse pad. They provided me with a coupon code for my next purchase with them and I'm happy to report that the quality of my replacement was significantly better! Overall the product is good but this specific image may not be the best. The Package arrived in a timely manner and was pretty good quality. My only complaints was that the image is a bit blurry, almost low resolution and it had this black mark on it that I cant seem to get off.
