My aunt Darlene Rood needed her clothes and folded I dropped them off for her there was 97 lb of clothes the owner came right down at 9:00 in the morning met me by his store he even helped me carry the clothes in they were in containers plastic he got all her clothes washed and folded the same day so my aunt would have clean clothes his store was half he price if everybody else amazing person amazing business I came all the way from Palatine I thank him many times thank you for helping me and my aunt

The on duty manager was so friendly and helpful! It was my first time there. The place was clean and nice and cool from the AC. Outlets to charge your devices, as well as tables and chairs to sit. Digital laundry cards so no worry about having change. Highly recommend.

This laundromat is terrible. The minimum top-up is $5, yet the cheapest wash costs $5.25, forcing you to load at least $10 onto the card. Dryers cost $0.30 per load, and a card is mandatory; unless you live nearby, there is no way to get a refund for any remaining balance. There is no Wi-Fi, and coin-operated machines aren't an option—it’s really unfriendly for someone like me who just happens to be passing through and needs to do a load of laundry. Honestly, in New York, a wash costs just $2.50, and you can finish a full wash-and-dry cycle for $5 with no leftover balance; this place, by contrast, is infuriating.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this laundromat absolutely deserves one. The place is spotless, well-lit, and all of the machines were clean and in great working condition. I was impressed by how quickly the washers and dryers got everything done, and nothing was out of service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. It's obvious they take pride in keeping the place clean and making customers feel welcome. There was plenty of seating, it felt safe, and the whole atmosphere was much nicer than most laundromats I've been to. If you're looking for a reliable, clean, and well-maintained laundromat with excellent customer service, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Been going here for several months now I use to go to other laundromats but honestly with the prices and the peace of mind this place offers I just keep coming back. Also it’s so generous that they offer free drying on Thursday it really helps all of us especially in these times. I love this laundromat and I will be a patron for many years to come.

New to this Area, So Will Be the Go To Spot for Wash.. 6-Load Washers (Huge)$8.50 2-Machines 4-Load Washers (Large)$6.25 2-Machines 3-Load Washers (Medium) $5.25 11-Machines. 12-Dryers .30 per 10 min, but Very Hot Units, so if you don't stuff em, drying can be relatively Cheap & Fast. LED Lighting, So Very Well Lit, couple outlets if you need to charge devices, bring your Plug & Cord.. Wash n Fold Service with Pickup/Drop-off.. Nice Baskets, Clean Tables to Fold on.. In Shopping Plaza on Ballard off Potter, Easy Access in and out, Plenty of Parking Space... local Food Options Near By too.. So Go Ahead Come Support Local Small Business Owner(s).. They'll Very Much Appreciate Your Patronage!!!
