When my Car broke down i was given Queens Recovery number and I can only say that Charlotte was more than helpful as she revcovered it with out me being there and took to the a garage for me at a very reasonable price at the time we had arranged and kept me informed via WhatsApp that everything had gone well, A great service all round and will be recommending Queens Recovery to anyone that needs vehicle recovered.

Really lovely team, were very careful with my car as it has a low body kit. Made me feel very reassured they were taking good care with everything.

I cannot speak highly enough of Charlotte and Queens Recovery. My son was badly let down by a National recovery company when his tyres got slashed. Fortunately I chose to call Queens and Charlotte had the whole thing sorted for me within a couple of hours by contacting a local mobile tyre fitter that she was familiar with. It was exactly what we required and we are both very grateful.

Charlotte is fantastic, we needed our large motorhome recovered done an amazing job, great communication would definitely use again without any hesitation. I don't know how you do this job with those long nails 🤣 Thanks again for your help 😍

Excellent service & impressive response with 30 minutes. From speaking to Charlotte to being recovered. Not that i want to say it was an enjoyable experience but it was once i was back on the road.
