Truly life-changing experience with Dr. Prabha at Quality Hearing Care
I was referred to Quality Hearing Care by a close friend who noticed I sometimes missed parts of conversations. I was a bit worried when I first learned I had mild hearing loss — and even more nervous about having to wear a big hearing aid.
Dr. Prabha was incredibly kind and reassuring. After testing, she suggested a CIC (Completely-in-Canal) hearing aid, which is almost invisible and fits perfectly in my ear. The best part — it’s a Bluetooth-enabled hearing aid that connects easily with my smartphone, so I can take calls and listen to music without any hassle.
The overall experience was amazing. Dr. Prabha explained everything in simple terms, guided me patiently through every step, and made sure I was fully comfortable with the device.

The receptionist lady and the gentleman who serviced the hearing aides were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to answer my questions and explain the process.
